Supercuts needs to improve their walk up and appointment scheduling system not only to better serve their customers but also help their employees. They need a posted wait roster so you know where you are in queue and the scheduling software should not allow you to book an appointment for say 10:00 AM at 9:50 AM when there are 4 customers waiting in queue for haircuts.Horrible experience to wait and wait and keep getting put behind.

Ridiculously expensive and the lady with glasses and long brown hair was sooo rude to every person who walked in; a family ?? even walked out (nobody was there to begin with it’s been a super rainy day)Sorry to say but maybe get some kinder workers and people who take their time when they’ve got itNever again and don’t waste ur time or money ❤️✨

Was unclear as to pricing, just wait she said.Now you are unable to make appt online.!!!!!Would never return, messed up a simple trim they said they would fix. So nasty poor professional attitude that I would NOT recommend!!!

i got here at 1:40 and a 2pm appt showed up at 150pm and the lady just walked and said im going to get him first. u can wait. not right or fair but what can u do theses days. will be last time i will come here.

I was into shop 2 times while in Florida, (12 week vaca) I had an amazing stylist, Toni, she took me from a long haired bun wearing grandma to a sassy, feeling sexy and looking younger lady with ease! She made suggestions and talked me through process. Amazing woman! I will be back in Aug, and coming to see her again!! Need a trim and only trust her.Services: Haircut

Took my daughter there today. My daughter told the hairdresser, Toni, that she wanted more layers and an inch off the layers she had. Toni cut about 3 inches off the front and did a couple layers on the top of her head. Never even touched the back of her hair. While it was wet you could not tell how bad it was. When it dried it looked like an uneven mullet. Wound up taking her to a different salon to have it fixed because there was no way I was letting Toni touch my daughters hair again and she was the only hairdresser there.

Dirty, Empty, terrible service. Woman refused to give me a blow dry. Quoted me an outrageous price so that I would not get it. She also put grease on my hair when I didn't want it. I will not return

Soooo...first of all, I registered online and checked-in...20 minute wait. I walked over, because I had seen the shop from the street driving by and saw that it was not far.I had trouble finding it when I was on foot though. Google Maps was not showing it properly, so I called. The woman was incredibly rude when I was trying to get their location. I suppose pedestrians are not worthy of their high-end establishment.I arrive a few minutes early and now have a 15 minute wait. Huh?The woman who then cuts my hair barely listens to what I want and snip...cuts it shorter than I requested (I had a photo of a previous cut which is what I wanted). She doesn't speak to me at all during the cut. The left and right side were not even from one another which she acknowledged and did some work. Even then, it was not even. I did not say anything further, figuring I could fix it at home and I did not want her cutting any further.She never showed me the back with a mirror...never. A few days later, I was running my fingers through the back and noticed some hairs that were still the original length which was 4-5 inches longer than my cut. At this point, I have to simply laugh, but WOW!On my way out, I noticed a sign that said something like, "Thank you for not cutting your hair at home." Well, next time, that's precisely what I'll be doing. I can't do any worse.Update: After complaining to corporate about this incident, they put me in touch with "the franchisee". I was told the stylist was no longer with them and they asked me to come back from a free trim to address the problems I had. They told me to call Lori to set it up and that she would be told about my situation.Honestly, I was hesitant about going back at all. However, after calling almost daily to speak to Lori for over a week, I finally reached her. She knew nothing about this and was rather dismissive. I have no interest in ever returning and don't recommend this "salon" (if you can even call it that) to anyone. They have zero customer service.Services: Hairstyling
