I want to say that I received excellent customer service from Leonardo, Gonzalez and Corrine (I hope I spelled her name correctly). They all kindly extended themselves and spent the necessary time with me to help with a laptop and power cord issue that I had. Thanks again!

The associate working in the print shop needs to be trained. Wondering around not really knowing what he was doing. The kid was very nice but doesn’t really seem like he knows what he is doing. The workspace is dirty and unorganized.

The print shop and UPS shipping department employees need lessons in customer service.They always seem miserable. This was just not a one time occurrence.Happy management equals Happy employees.

Today I had the pleasure of the Staples on US 1 in Jupiter. I asked a gentleman named Ron to help me to do some to me complicated work to file my tax return. He was extremely helpful in not only explaining what I needed to do but took the time to walk me through step by step. He was training another young man at the time but multi tasked and made sure that everything I needed to do got done through the long process including sending it by courier for me. He made my day and a large thank you to Ron and Staples. Gary Garbers

Worst customer service ever. I had just printed a bunch of pages and wanted to get them bound into some kind of booklet. So I approached the counter where they do such things and began to ask some questions I had. I was speaking with Ron M., Print & Marketing Supervisor. The basic problem was he didn't listen to anything or anyone, which made it impossible to get the answers I needed to the questions I had. After I finally got the binding I was looking for he informed me that I had to give them my phone number or he wouldn't ring it up, which I refused to do. Eventually I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Michael (who by the way refused to give me a business card or his last initial). He informed that it was Staples' policy to not make such a sale to anyone who refused to disclose such personal information. I asked what about the people who don't have phones or don't want to disclose that information. His response was he said everyone had phones, and then he told Ron to ring it up, and he demanded that I leave. They made a real dynamic duo - the incompetent Ron and the ultimately rude Michael. You would think for the prices they charge they might focus a little more on customer service.

after a whole morning of wandering around trying to find a place that could scan an oversized document, i finally made it here. the print staff did it quickly and with attention to quality.

I bought a computer from another Staples, liked it and so was searching for another. i called this store and Aiden was helpful and pleasant after Gonzolo was curt, unhelpful, left me on hold. They said they had two and so I drove up there. They didn't have it on display and again, Aiden was helpful but Gonzalo argued with me as to which model this was. He finally brought the box out and I verified the model but he SAID they only had one. I'll change this review to three star later in deference to Aiden's helpfulness but I wanted to flag this.

I ordered a ton of copies for my business and had to do 6 different transactions for business reasons because they were for 6 different groups… when I went to pick them up, Ron was super helpful and friendly and even helped me out to the car with the boxes. The copies were perfect! I will definitely use Staples again over other copy companies!

Worst customer service on the planet. Will definitely go anywhere else. Always BS from their help. Went to make copies ( 45 pages). When printed off all pages were blank. Wanted a refund and was going to re-copy all again. Clerk would not refund- saying "it's your fault not mine". Had to get the copies so I had to double pay! I also bought file folders and a note book pad. Total real cost $17. At checkout- different clerk- only one item priced out and he said I owed $27. I asked where the other product was and that's NOT the total price. With a crappy attitude he re-scanned the items and actual cost $17. I asked him why the pricing was so off. He said "I don't know". Total lie. He was trying to steal my money. Do not go to these people. They are scammers!!!!

Ordered blueprints online for same-day pickup -- called the store to increase the number of copies and was rudely told "you just need to go online and order them again". This approach differs by canyons from the store's phone greeting, which says "we can make your dreams happen" (paraphrased). Alas, my lofty dreams of having 24 sheets printed instead of 8 found their demise at Jupiter Staples.
