I went to store on Sunday with a coupon for $5 if I spend over $50, which I did. Coupon was deducted from receipt. However, there was a donation added. Why? No one mentioned it at register.

Today just marked my worst experience at Sprouts. The cashier lady was deliberately throwing my items away to the end of the checkout counter with so strong force that my onions are rolling outside the plastic bag and I can hear the garlic pack hitting the board. Besides that, the cashier lady apparently did not care to help me packing the last bag of items after finishing scanning when I finished packing the first three bags by myself and tried to pay asap, even though there were at least two other customers waiting in the line to check out. I could clearly hear her just stand by the counter 'whispering' to the customer next to me, 'I don't like keeping you waiting, but ...' implying me by taking a peek on me, while I was busy finishing up the payment and packing the rest of of my items using my own bags. I didn't see this happening to the two customers before me. I assume this is either due to me buying too many more items than them or I'm not white like they are.

Great choice for fresh produce, organics, whole foods, some essential oils. Very friendly staff.

UPDATE: Contacted corporate about the issue and they didn't seem very shocked. They told me they're going to relay the feedback to the appropriate level of management at the store. Highly doubtful anything will get fixed.Will not be returning to this location. Lines were horribly long with only 2 open checkout lines, asked a young lady will she be opening the register she was standing near, she made a snarky face and said "No I'm busy" and proceeded to turn the monitor off and walk away & that's when I seen that the back of her shirt said in big letters "HEAD CASHIER" how ironic. I've been a loyal customer at Sprouts for the past 4 years but the hassle of dealing with miserable, horrible, lazy service at the point of sale when that should be the most simple part of shopping, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service today in the seafood section. To top it off, Horrible customer service at check out. I’ve been shopping at this location for my groceries for 4 years now and never had any employee speak so rudely to me before.

Great selection of produce but checkout is an absolute nightmare. Worst customer service they've had in years. Do us a favor and get rid of your cashiers entirely and install self checkout machines.

Shoutout to Mary & Sandy for always being the nicest and the best possible customer experience and service. If you’re the manager reading this, they deserve a raise!Great place for anything and everything you need and they really have unlimited gluten free options. Great location and supermarket.

Got a sandwich on my lunch break here. TERI at check out was so rude. I said hello when i walked up and she did not respond. After she rang my sandwich and two drinks up she just placed it on the counter without saying anything. I asked her if they don't give bags because i'm not familiar with this store. She takes my items and puts it in a bag them basically throws the bag at the end of the bagging area then tells me they charge for bags. Did you not think I had 10 cents for a bag??? Teri you need to find a better job if you are not happy with this one. Its not my fault you're working at a grocery store!

I like the products but the checkout/ points of sale issue is always aggravating. The last two times I've been there the "system freezes" and then they take everyone from the back of the lines when they open up a new register. So if you're 2nd or third in line you need to just take a deep breath if you truly want your groceries.Publix and Whole Foods have self-checkout and are so much quicker.

I worked at this location in the deli department back in 2022. CK is one 2 faced individual! She's nice to the customers & employees to their face, then runs her mouth behind EVERYONE'S backs. The deli manager at the time Tommy was hot and cold. He'd be cracking jokes one day then accusing you of not showing up on time when he'd change the schedule last minute with zero notification! My HIPPA Privacy was completely violated! Something very personal I shared with the manager (in case I ever had to call out or had an issue at work due to a serious illness- cancer) spread like wildfire then made fun of & doubted. One night I had to sit on the floor due to feeling faint, CK offered water (acting as if she was helping me) then told the manager that I was high at work while she proceeded to film me without my knowledge. I should've sued the pants off this store but didn't due to my ex roomy working there at the time. Donna, Landy & Nati were a pleasure to work with. The managers Ed, Chris, Amanda and Lisa were great to work for! Other than that I'll never step foot in this store again. I should've slapped CK across the mouth when I had the chance. I'm glad I dropped this place like the bad habit it was. Hopefully things have changed for the better at this place because it has great potential and great foods/produce. Do better Sprouts in Jupiter, DO BETTER!

Only reason I go 4 stars is they pull the rotessirrre chickens and hot items way too far in advance of closing time and the grab n go section is frequently out of most items.Otherwise great store, very friendly staff.

I come here every so often and today an older gentleman working in the super Department was handling someone's raw beef and bacon didn't change his gloves and then came over and put the spoon and the raw ahi tuna poke and scooped it out for me and then left the spoon flung down inside of the raw Pokey after he had beef and pork Raw on his hands that are now on that utensils sitting in the tuna I will never come back here ever again to buy any Seafood

Always fresh meat and seafood, and better produce then most in the area. Service is always top notch, and spotlessly clean.

Guess they use all the money they charge for bags to pay bots to write 5 star reviews. Place is just an overpriced Publix. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Just as corporate as Walmart at triple the price.*Doesn't have basic cooking tools like twine or cheese cloth*"Fresh" fish looks like it was run over by a truck*Charges 10cents per "re-useable" plastic bag at checkout. No other option. Walked out cradling my items like a newborn.*There is another Farmers Market literally in the same plaza that this chain opened up in.
