“I called the location before visiting. I was unable yo do the steps needed to print & go. When I arrived at the location, I was helped by a young man (I don't know his name). He was courteous, knowledgeable & very professional. After 5 minutes he was able to help me, get the document to print & instruct me on the use of the copier/fax/scan machine. I am so happy I went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.”
“I am pretty sure at this point that Sylvester works exclusively for me. He is extremely responsive and caring. You would never know that he's almost always the only person at the desk. And even though it's a bustling store, he always makes you feel like you're his only customer. For those who see the store temporarily closed, Sylvester is probably just trying to take a well deserved break.
