Great place, great management - I was almost out of REC90 in my car last night, it was closing time, Christmas Eve - I called, the man said he was closed, but he would wait for me - he did - Great place!

Asked staff if they were interested in donating coffee to the homeless and the rude “manager” boy said that homelessness is not a real cause but would donate anyways because he was a “nice guy.” When asked why he felt as if homelessness isn’t a real cause, the guy became defensive and started to raise his voice and speak louder while ridiculing me for simply asking a question. He then changed his mind on his donation of coffee and no longer decided to gift me with his “nice guy” donation and then appeared to begin to call the police, all of which was rude and completely unwarranted as the only person who became escalated and hostile was the employee. There’s a few other gas stations in the area with better staff, better service, better products, and a better atmosphere all around. Don’t spend your money in such an atrocious shop. ?☮️

BUYER BE BEWARE! If you like being overcharged then told you’re wrong, this is the place for you! When you have a propane tank that clearly states it’s a 5.9lb tank and charge you for 10lbs., normal business practice to them. Unfortunately for the old man that likes to tell you are wrong and spit in your face while taking( please keep a 6ft safe space whilst taking to the bold codger) the Florida fraud department has also been contacted . Shame this old man’s ego gets in the way of running a proper business. GOOD LUCK!

Was a great gas station. Been going there for a few years. Everyone was always friendly... then today I walk in and the female latin cashier - possible asst. manager tells me I am rude and starts calling me out when I did nothing!Never had an issue... ever... till now. She needs to be fired or reprimanded immediately.

Best gas station / convenience store in Jupiter. I have been coming here for years and the staff has always treated me well. They know me by name and always strike a good conversation. A true family business that continuously strives for good customer service and strong community.

I’ve been going to this gas station for years. It’s the only place I go for my gas while out in Jupiter. Super clean, the staff is fantastic, and they have the best Cuban sandwich in Jupiter, Fl.

stopped by this shell to get some lotto tickets but i desperately needed to use restroom first i walked in bathroom and closing door when employee told me i can't use perfectly good bathroom, i asked if it's out of order and he responded no i had to go outside. manager backed him up so i left without using restroom or getting my tickets. If you can't provide a clean public restroom for your customers you shouldn't be in business

I have being buying propane on this store for nearly 10 years. Recently I did purchase a tank and was no able to fill the same day, I tried the next day after speaking to an employee, yet employees were train to not be able to give money back if not the same day so I was left without gas and money. Not a good feelig, yet after complaining Massimo reach to me an in a very professional way solve the situation. This is a Family owned business and you can tell when someone like him get time to get involved and solve a situation of just $20, outstanding customer service

Pull up ten minutes before 11 and the guy was outside locking the door. You close 10 minutes early as soon as a customer pulls up? What kind of logic is that.
