I've taken my bike to several other local Jupiter shops for repairs and none took care of my bike like Riders Only. Their version of a regular tune up resolved lots of different issues that no other shops had even addressed before. My first ride after leaving this shop felt like I had a brand new bike. Pretty remarkable customer service and I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Brett and the guys are great here. They know their stuff and are honest. The customer service is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Best place I’ve been too in the Jupiter-Tequesta area.

Riders Only bike shop is without a doubt the best bike shop in the Jupiter, Tequesta or even Stuart area. These guys are fun to work with, and are excellent bike mechanics. I highly recommend them to anyone who need bike repairs or biking gear.

Bought a new Tallboy online from another store out west and the derailleur came all jacked up. The man that opens Sunday morning fixed it up for me while I waited and chatted. Really nice, personable guy. I didn’t catch his name but this is going to be where I take my bikes for everything. They are awesome and it’s the only shop open on sundays right down the road from JD. So, if you run into any issues out on the trails, these guys can get you back up and running without having to cut the day short. Riders Only should be the model of how every bike shop should operate. Thanks guys!

Maintenance is alway a concern when ordering an electric bike online. I bought my Euphree City Robin less than a year ago and have over 1020 miles without a problem. Then my rear wheel began to wobble. I checked the Euphree website for a possible repair site. To my surprise — Rider’s Only Bike Shop appeared in Tequesta. What a nice and friendly place. They were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They replaced 9 broken spokes and completely checked my bike over. Wow, Euphree stand behind their warranty and picked up the repair charges while Rider’s Only Bike Shop never tried to uncharge me. I absolutely love my City Robing and I’ll be back to this great bike store!

Picked up my bike after having a tune up and new brake pads put on. Charged me more that what they told me the bill would be and they did a horrible job on adjusting the rear brakes. I took it back in the shop after test riding it twice and they couldn’t figure out how to adjust them. The front brakes will throw you over the handle bars and the rear won’t stop you in a safe amount of distance. Would not recommend this shop for bike work.

I can't imagine nicer or more helpful service than that here from Joseph and Brett. They are respectful of the cost of repairs and service. They turned around my tuneup and repair is just a couple of days. BTW, I am more than happy with my new ergonomic handle bars and the price paid for them.

Rob and Brett are amazing! I dropped my bike off for service and not only did they have her turned around faster than expected but they helped to adjust my shifter which I did not realize was in the wrong position. My Niner RKT is riding so smooth now!Amazing service and staff! Thank you guys!

I love Riders Only! I brought my 1982 Peugeot road bike there to make sure it was safe after hanging unridden for 10 years. Not only did they seem genuinely intrigued and interested to work on it , they didn't gouge me by replacing every little wear item. They only replaced one tire and a few cheap items and adjusted the rear derailleur then declared it ready for 40 more years. The next time I went back they patiently instructed me on how to change the inner tube on the front tire and charged me only for the inner tube and tire changing tools I bought. Top notch!
