The only way I can share my happiness with business is to spread the word. They are excellent there is no need for me to go to Provident or Hamilton Jewelers any more. I can trust this business with all my good jewelry. I glued my fob so it wouldn't come apart with crazy glue and they took the time to help me break it apart so I could get a new battery in. it's just a wonderful place and so close in the Bluffs Shopping Center. The replacement on my ruby ring with a small diamond that was missing was done excellent and I didn't t have to worry about getting it back. They are honest!! I have had serious problems with Bergman and I will never go back there.

I have literally never been so happy! I wanted to reset my diamond engagement ring Into a halo setting. After 10 months of getting the run around from the jeweller that sold my fiancé the engagement ring I went into RH and Andy did back flips to make my new setting with limited time. 5 weeks to make it happen before my wedding. He did everything he said he would do and kept in touch with me every step of the way. It came out so beautiful. I have gotten at least 100 compliments. I have done other business with RH including repairs and selling old gold. I knew it was a reputable place, but this time I was so impressed and I feel compelled to tell anyone and everyone. It's rare these days to get service like this! Andy and Burt are the best! They love what they do and it shows.

I have known Bert, for about 15 yrs. He's made me some amazing jewelry, that I've cherished for years. He's passionate about his work and does an excellent job at custom pieces. R.H. Jewelry did a fantastic job repairing my diamond ring. They repaired the prongs and made my ring look brand new. I couldn't stop looking at it all day yesterday, it kept catching my eye! They also had it done within one business day so I had it back the very day I dropped it off! Very impressive! I will be recommending this jewelry shop to my friends and family.

We initially found RH Jewelry as one of the few mom and pop jewelry stores left in Palm Beach County. We have been there probably 5 or 6 times for minor watch and jewelry repair. Every time they pleasantly and helpfully performed the repair and they did not even charge us. I was starting to feel guilty about not paying them for their help. On my last visit (yesterday 30 Sept) I insisted on paying them for a watch repair. I feel better now that they have been compensated to a degree. I highly recommend this father and son operation. They are very skillful and helpful.

I had a pendent poured to match one my father's had since he was young. They're great and easy to work with. Their prices are fair, and their work is exceptional. A great family store, and with such a sentimental piece, that was really important to me. I'm glad we found them.
