Devon did an amazing job on my work laptop. It had fallen and the hardware became damaged including a cracked frame. He quoted me a fair price and communicated throughout the whole process. Laptop is now in good working condition and was received in a timely matter without disrupting my work schedule. Highly recommend !

Literally the best customer service I have ever received! I had a work emergency and had to leave before my phone was repaired and the manager delivered my phone to me! When I had troubles with my phone the staff came together and took care of everything that I needed! This will be my go-to place from here on out and I would highly recommend them! Ralph the manager was incredible

I went for help with my new ipad. Instead of charging me for labor, they showed me how to take it home and fix it myself. That is a sign of a reputable company. I would definitely recommend them.

I went in to get a cracked screen repaired. Cisco did a great job replacing my screen (15 min wait!), and since it was Black Friday I got $30 off. Total was $59. I will go back there and recommend their excellent and friendly service! Thank you, Cisco!

I am a computer tech myself and was upgrading my computer. I needed two REALLY small screws for the upgrade I was doing. I went in and Ralph looked at what I needed. He took the time to go back to his spare parts and found the two screws I needed. Not only did he not charge me for his time, effort and parts, but he wouldn't even accept a tip. Thanks Ralph! My computer is up and running great thanks to you. I would recommend!

Ralph and Leroy the two techy’s in the shop certainly knew what they were doing. I had dropped my iPad and shattered the screen and then unfortunately I had a looping problem. These two knowledgeable guys knew immediately what was wrong and said it was no big deal to fix. It was such a pleasure to work with honest intelligent people who did a great job!
