I consistently encounter difficulties when donating blood. However, TEQUILA, the phlebotomist, possesses exceptional skills in this area. She successfully collected all the vials of blood in a single attempt, and I did not experience any bruising afterward. Her expertise in this field is truly remarkable.

First off let me say, this place is running short-handed so there’s a lot of pressure on the techs to get appointments done on time.
Most important is a phlebotomist that listens to you.
Joanie is an absolute amazing soul!
If you want someone who listens and gets it on the first try with no pain or digging…she’s the one!
She truly deserves a raise. She listens…which is so important because I went to a different quest and they poked me 8 times before listening to me and where they usually go.
Joanie is such a wonderful person especially for those who are leery and don’t like giving blood.
I will now always come back requesting her!
Please give her a raise or accolades for her hard work and choice to be a wonderful person even short-handed.

I had prompt service. I was called in within 2 minutes of my arrival. Your staff was attentive and the tech that took care of me fully explained what she was going to do and what the tests were for. I really appreciate the professionalism. 10 our of 10 in everything.

My appointment was 8:40 which for those fasting, is a busy time for a lab appointment. The lobby was full with only a few seats open. I only waited about 7 minutes before I was called back. Joanie was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. I was done and left at 9:08. I read some negative reviews about this location and didn't find any issues. Additionally, there was a lady who forgot her paperwork and left to get it, When she came back they informed her she had missed her appointment but they were very kind and were still able to help her. The location was very clean and highly efficient. Pleasant experience overall.

Joanie was extremely friendly and helpful. She's one of your best employees and I liked talking to her. I recommend that anyone looking for a Quest diagnostic Center this is the one to go to. Very friendly atmosphere.
