Made an appointment 4 days ago for 1:30 this afternoon. Here we are at 10 minutes to 3 still waiting because they suddenly realised that the orders weren't in the system for the blood work for the appointment that we had at 1:30. What I advised the woman behind the desk that I had to be 25 miles North in 15 minutes she shrugged her shoulders at me and said I don't know what you want me to do.
