Very good prices on quality items. Alot to choose from. As a charity organization the front desk help needs to be less rude. I was actually shocked by it. I am a nurse with a busy schedule and was stuck at the hospital for some emergency cases. I called and indicated I would he late to pick up my item due to the emegencies. The manager was less than sympathetic and told me if I wasn't on time she would charge me and at least I could make a donation. I thought by buying something I was supporting the cause. How rude.

I almost don't want to compliment them because it is so wonderful and I want to keep it a secret. I've gotten dresses for $4 with the tags still on. I got my husband a casual sports coat for $1. I've also bought more expensive items, if you consider $25 expensive for gently worn Michael Kors bag. Will definitely stop in whenever I'm in town.

Love the shop but the younger girl with dark hair at the checkout counter is rude and very unfriendly. As an example - when asking what is on sale, she points to the sign and says "it's always right there." Ok then. Makes me not want to shop there.

One of the nicest Resale Shops I have been in. Whole place is filled with incredible interesting things and in a setting that is tastefully created by very talented ladies. They are ALWAYS helpful and you never feel rushed. The problem is the people that run it are so nice that you just want to stay longer than any where else. Give a gold star rating to the quality of the merchandise and even more to the great staff. Have found great things to put on my walls, great extra furniture pieces, and great decorating ideas.

Quantum House is a home for families to stay in while their children are receiving treatment for medical conditions in Palm Beach County. Located on the campus of St. Mary's Medical Center, Quantum House opened their doors for the first family on July 25, 2001. They now offer 50 guest suites along with a playroom, fitness center, business center, day kitchen, housekeeping room, learning lounge, additional kitchen, dining areas and laundry facilities. It is the only facility of its kind between Orlando and Miami. Proceeds from this thrift store helps to support Quantum House. Jupiter has a lot of wonderful thrift stores in this area and this is one of the nicest. Spread over several rooms there is a large amount of furniture attractively arranged with accessories as well as clothing, accessories, and household goods. They have an adorable children's boutique area and a dressing room area. There is a lot to look at and everything is clearly marked. I especially liked their Lennox and vintage items. This thrift store is helping so many families with critical ill children in the community. It is one of the highest callings there is. Please consider donating your gently used items to them and shopping here to aid them in their mission. They will soon be hosting a sip and stroll shopping event in the evening and if you give them your email they will send you an invitation. Also if you follow them on social media you will get the first sneak peek of new inventory.

This place is a gem in the heart of Jupiter! I always find something to bring home. Today I scored a beautiful piece of Belleek Pottery (made in Ireland) to add to my collection. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

I bought a beautiful sectional 3 weeks ago! They have a mover they use and Theo removed and placed my new furniture for under $200! I wish I could post a pic of how awesome it looks in my condo!

Unfortunately I too had a bad experience here. I will say I love the display of clothes and furniture. I found the prices and quantity to be very good. I especially like the daily bonus sales. Out of 6 pairs of shoes I bought, 2 were broken. To be fair, the older clerk reduced the pricing on the damaged shoes. Of the clothes I liked, a few were stained. These were to be sold as is without apology or discount. I was told if I didn't want to buy the stained items, they would remove them from my purchase. I felt they shouldn't be on the floor to begin with or at least discount the item as it will be the customers risk to try to remove the stain and the charity will benefit something from the sale. Were they putting them back on the floor to sell them? The amount of stained and broken items was significant. I caution anyone purchasing to look closely for defects! The volunteers working to get the items on the floor were lovely. I found the older blonde woman and younger black haired woman to be fairly rude and condescending. The younger one especially, putting down the volunteers as not knowing what they are doing as they are "just volunteers".

Everyone there has always been so helpful. The inventory is always changing. Beautiful, quality things. I like it because everything is unusual. I try to go at least once a month.

Went in today and the ladies working there are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They completely ignored myself and friends and just proceeded to talk about conservative politics throughout the entire store. They should reconsider who they let volunteer/work here and watch what they talk about during work hours. They could also benefit from some customer service training and common sense.
