Very nice Publix!! Has a fully stocked store and lots of staff to help. We just went in for 2 items, so it wasn't a big shop for us.

Decent grocery store with decent selections and short checkout lines that move quickly.. But, it is extraordinarily expensive. If money is no object, shop here, but Aldi and Costco are both far cheaper with comparable quuality.

3rd time that I go to this Publix bakery and dealt with the same rude employee. The older gentleman with the glasses at the bakery has no mannerism nor customer service. I am not sure who in charge of the hiring but you shouldn’t have employees who clearly do not want to work at your location. This gentleman has been extremely rude every time I ask a question or pick up an order. He never has a clue of what’s going on, if you ask for a pickup he tells you there’s no order under the name given when clearly the order is there and another employee has to come and hand it over. I have been coming to the Abacoa Publix for years now and have never experience the terrible customer service this man has provided. Employees like him bring a bad name to your business and will reroute your customers to another supermarket. Either go to work and do your job like you are supposed to or stay home with your terrible customer service. I hope who ever is in charge can help solve this employees behavior as it has tarnished my experience here. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Publix again.
