Another patron in this store called my partner a homophobic slur right in front of the manager and the manager did nothing about it. I'll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered a 50th Birthday cake on Thursday for Sat pick up. They lost the order. I had the bakery manager call from another store and they were rude to her. I called the bakery, they put me on hold three times only to tell me they had no birthday cakes made for today or any in my name. The girl on phone barely spoke or understood English and was very short and impatient. I will never use this store for a cake order. I highly recommend using the Johnathans Landing store. The bakery manager went above and beyond so we could have a cake at our party.
