I was in search of a 14k gold chain and didn’t see what I wanted in the cases. The employees went in the back and grabbed new merchandise that wasn’t even priced yet, and found me the perfect piece! They were so kind and helpful. The prices are so reasonable and the have a great selection - new items every day. Thank you Prestige!!!

Everytime I come in they are always very fair and consistent with fun and enjoyable staff. Very upscale and very clean. They also have a large variety of well priced vintage and hard find unique jewelry with diamonds. Pauly is very knowledgeable with Breitlings and Rolex too. I recommend them to everybody I meet.

Very minimal reviews of people selling their jewelry or getting an appraisal here so I thought I would post my story, I came in with what I considered a good amount of gold and silver, I was buzzed into the door and greeted by a man who agreed to give me an assessment of all my pieces, he began by pulling out a tester which is supposed to tell you what kind of metal each piece is made of. He only tested items that looked appealing to him, he didn’t test all the pieces and threw aside many pieces he said were “worth nothing” after about 30 minutes, I had many items, he offered me a mere 1000 for everything.. I kindly said no thanks and took my jewelry. guy behind the counter was a snake at first seemed nice but turned out to be otherwise I won’t be returning. Just a fair warning to anyone wanting to pawn anything here it’s not worth your time or your jewelry also something to keep in mind is instead of giving you more for your gold having precious jewels on them they subtract the weight and give you even less. I brought my pieces to a jeweler in west palm and was offered 6100.

Went to Prestige to get a few hundred dollars and I couldn't believe how wonderful the whole experience was! Nice and clean store, and an owner who really knows his stuff. There was never any pressure or negativity in the transaction, and I left the store feeling good about it. Oh, and they have good values on jewelry and designer goods, too.

Came in from out of town to look at some Fendi bags. I was helped by Paul who was very accommodating and provided a world class experience. Definitely worth your time if you’re anywhere in Palm Beach County area to shop here. In the future, I will also be looking at the jewelry. They have a beautiful selection!
