This is review for the PNC bank in Jupiter Farms10058 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478I lost my key to my deposit box and tried to reason with them to terminate my box but all they said is you need to come in and sign some documents, l tried to explain, "Physically l can't! Just send me the paperwork to my home." they replied back "No we can't!" and so... I'm still being charged for a empty deposit box everyday.

Arrived at 8:40 a.m.. Pulled the door. Locked. What do you mean it was locked! Then I looked at the hours. Not open until 9 a.m. I had wanted to stop in before work. Well, I was there now, so I sat down on a bench outside. Within a short time someone opened the door. Yeah! They opened before 9 to let me in and I made it to work on time. Doing my happy dance! Thanks PNC.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! This is the worst bank I have ever used!!! They never have cash in there drive thru machine. Today I went there just to get money for a haircut and of course no cash in the machine it's 8:50am and I can see all the employees in the bank messing around doing absolutely nothing. With them knowing there outside machine is empty no one is willing to help !?!? Wow. No compensation very disappointed, also applied for a truck loan with a great credit score, was denied because the bank associate says the truck was too old!?! It was a 2015 lol. This bank is completely useless. I will be pulling all my money out today and going elsewhere. Thanks for the 10+ years of the worst customer service. Also I forgot to mention there “online banking “ never works always says “ please try again laterâ€. Completely impossible to work with this place.

This branch seems ok. One complaint. NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. I have a platinum with this for two reasons: 1) I have had an account with PNC for many years and 2) to the best of my memory, every branch I've been in had a bathroom available for customers. They very literally suggest that you go across the way to ABC liquor's, where, by the way, I am not a customer, and use their facilities. I just find that to be Hypocritical and unconcerned about people/customers and about customer-service. I mean, this is Jupiter! Do they really have a lot of people wandering in to use the free bathroom? Come on PNC!

Today: I asked my fiance to drop off my car payment check to PNC. They refused to accept my check because his name is not on my car loan. My name, address, phone number, and signature are all on the check. Customer Care center couldn't figure out why the Jupiter branch refused payment, and Leslie (Jupiter branch) explained to the customer care center that they just don't do that. The customer care center transferred me to the loan department and they were made aware of this situation; the loan dept tried charging me a $10 fee for using them! Ongoing: I have asked on several occasions if I can make payments online; this branch and the Tequesta branch have told me every time that because I don't have a checking account with PNC I can not pay my loan online. I learned through the customer care center today that this information is not accurate. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PNC'S POORLY TRAINED STAFF!!

My bank was bought out a couple of years ago, and the new bank was abysmal, with inadequate staffing, long lines, mysterious computer errors which were always in the banks favor and took weeks to resolve, etc. I was searching for an alternative when I came across PNC Bank because my mother banks there, so I made the switch. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism at PNC! Ruben, Kay and the teller staff always seem like they are just waiting for the chance to serve me. They are very efficient and well informed about their banking products, and have gone out of their way to help me to set up accounts, lines of credit, debit card and safe deposit box. They have show genuine concern for Mom's dementia by brainstorming with my brother and me to adapt her account servicing to her special needs, and later by integrating a power of attorney at our request. This is the best bank I have ever dealt with, hands down!
