I have known her for over 6 years and I will not have had as many opportunities and experiences if it was not for her knowledge, pro activity approach, genuine care, and attention to my body. I’ve been going to Mrs. Alessi for over 4 years now. She is one of the most hard working and caring people I have met. She is very passionate about her job and cares for her clients. The new facility they moved into is phenomenal and has so much room for every different type of rehab needed. I recomend her to everyone I know in need of physical rehab. You will not be disappointed.

This is the only physical therapy office I will see. Liz and Austin are amazing Physical Therapists. I tore a tendon twice in my ankle and was unable to workout for 5 months. 3 weeks ago I started back wih workouts and walking and feel great. The method they use to rehab the injured joint and get the blood moving is one of a kind. They listen to you and work on whatever your ailment is! The office manager is wonderful and does her best to schedule you with what works best in your schedule. l I highly recommmend Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab!

Dr. Elizabeth Alessi is phenomenal. She is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. Before I met her and started her treatment plan, I had severe muscle and joint pain and had very limited mobility. I had been to many physical therapists in the NY area and none of the treatment plans were effective.Her treatment changed my life. After seeing Dr. Alessi for 3 weeks, I was pain free and could walk over 7 miles when I was on vacation in NY. Now I take 2 mile walks daily and I am able to do all the things I could not do before like hiking, and playing golf (pain free).I’m very grateful that Dr. Alessi is my physical therapist.

My wife & I have found Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab to be the best rehab facility we have ever visited!Dr. Alessi is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and patient professional we have encountered. She takes the time to do a complete evaluation and explains the issue(s) she finds. She then lays out her recommended treatment plan. She is patient with us, answers our questions and counsels us on our concerns. All our appointments involve one-on-one work with her.Her offices are efficient and clean. Her staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. They make certain we have the convenient appointment times we need to expedite our recovery. We have been treated at many different PT practices that were quite good. Dr. Alessi has proved to be outstanding and the finest physical therapist we have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition to providing excellent care, she is constantly maintaining and improving her skill level at the top of her profession by seeking out and attending the latest and best PT continuing education courses offered. She is one of the most devoted professionals we have ever known!

I highly recommend Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab. After I suffered a torn labrum in my shoulder, I was referred to Dr. Alessi. The ability to work one-on-one during physical therapy is priceless. She challenged and pushed me every session. After just 5 months she left my shoulder stronger than it was before my injury. I’ve been to a few physical therapy places but by far this was the best one. There is no physical therapist that will care for you as much as she does.
