I HIGHLY recommend Beth my PT!! She was so knowledgeable about the underlying SI issue (that affected my back pain) and addressed it. I wish I could have stayed longer for more treatment, unfortunately my insurance is no longer accepted there :( She was able to finish out my initial plan of care and I really appreciate the care I received there! -Steph

I am grateful to have found Beth at Physiocare after my hEDS diagnosis. She created a program to help me build strength, endurance, and balance while supporting my joints. She also provided valuable knowledge about my condition and changes I can make both at home and during my daily living to support pain management. The entire staff at Physiocare is professional and knowledgeable. The therapists are patient, gentle and kind. My initial anxiety vanished in the first few minutes. I’m on continuous oxygen and they kept a close eye on my pulse ox, always checking it before I began, and giving me ample time to “catch my breath” when I needed it. My strength and balance improved a great deal. I would recommend PHYSIOCARE without restraint.

With the helpful physical therapy program provided by Jen, I have strengthened and stretched painful knee and hip issues which were limiting my ability to enjoy fun and recreational sports such as pickleball. I’m more confident now in my balance and strength and have been given a good plan of useful exercises to maintain the improvement I’ve made since going to Physiocare. Thank you Jen!

Mostly saw Beth and we rehabbed my knee after many years of pain(meniscus tear/injury in ACL)They helped me understand proper stretches and exercises to maintain a healthy and strong legs: they answered any questions I had and were very professional and punctual for appointment times. I feel stronger thanks Beth and Jen!

Working with Beth for the past two months has been a valuable experience. While I did not see significant improvement directly due to my complex health situation, I greatly appreciated Beth's tireless dedication and knowledge throughout our sessions. In addition to my physical therapy regime, she utilized muscle scrapers, cupping & ultrasound therapy to try and help the relentless spasms in my neck/back. Going above and beyond, she also offered recommendations for specialists and insights into other information that I could research regarding my symptoms. Despite needing further testing to pinpoint the root of my pain, Beth's unwavering support and wealth of information have been instrumental. Her generosity in providing her email address during my last visit to stay connected regarding my future tests results and making herself available for any questions reflects her dedication to patient care. I deeply value her proactive efforts in helping me try to find solutions, and her overall commitment to my well-being. Adding to the wonderful level of care I received, Lorne at the front desk was always so kind & friendly, and very helpful with scheduling appointments.

Beth was my PT after my hip replacement. She was incredible! My case was challenging but she listened to all my concerns and helped me come out the other side better than I had been in years. Highly recommend her!
