“Locals know it as The Supermarket. This store sells food. People in the area visit this place to buy groceries. They have shopping carts at this location. Shopping carts are used in retail environments to collect items that customers intend to purchase. In this store, they do not charge shoppers to use the shopping carts. You can use the shopping carts free of charge. You can use the shopping cart at the store even if you don't buy anything. You may only be permitted to use one at a time. If you want to push ten or twenty carts around the store, you should probably check the people who work at the store. If you only want to use one cart, you don't need to ask for permission. I hope this answered everyone's concerns about the shopping carts! ?”

“3:30 pm. 1 aisle 10 items, or less, 2 aisles with cashiers. 4 customers with full cartfuls of items.
My choice was to wait there, or start the self serve, which I did. I also had a full cart, and spent over $200.00 . I am very disappointed that there were no other aisles open, and there is no where to place groceries as you self serve check out. No manager, helped. No publix staff helped.
I had bags everywhere on the floor.
Terrible idea to have customers with cold and frozen items to be waiting in a long line, or self serve.
I won't be back!”

“Clean, tidy chain of stores. A large selection of food products. Evenly and sensibly arranged, but expensive. You can find many interesting American products. Americans, however, have access to "European" shelves. Publix stores have a large selection of teas for the US, including herbal and caffeine-free black teas. Of course, you can buy medicines, sushi, and lotteries in the publication.”

I was very stressed out thinking I had to waste the day trying to reach Medicaid.I called Rebecca and had a few questions. Her response was .. " no parent should be expected to jump through hoops to help their sick child". She told me she would call me right back and she did. She let me know not only did she reach out to the Dr office but she also called Medicaid for me. I was impressed to say the least. I never had that kind of service at any pharmacy ever. Also, I give high compliments to Alexander (tech) who was so helpful and thoughtful and thorough. A new pharmacist Jeremy was equally wonderful when he was there while Paul was on vacation. Jeremy was so personable and helpful and stopped what he was doing to check on everything for us. And then there is manager Yaselin who is super sweet and smiling all the time. I had to have a prescription called in to this Walgreens for my daughter who was visiting her grandmother for the holidays. Paul and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure they had it in stock so that it would be available for my daughter on the day she arrived (flying to WPB from college). I had several personal phone calls from Paul and Alexander to accommodate our special situation. I am extremely grateful and very appreciative of all they did to help our family. Thank you!”

“I’m a regular at this store and the staff are always top-notch going far beyond what’s required. Patricia, Stephanie, Jhonny the manager in the front. Vanessa, Richard in pharmacy. Those are just a few of the several names of wonderful folks. CVS neglects this store and hampers the dedicated staff, in my opinion. Any problem I’ve encountered has been due to corporate policy. National new stories confirm that CVS executives have made decisions which negatively impact customer service. Thank you front line employees!!!!!!”
“You can get pretty much everything you want or need. Excellent pharmacy and the pharmacist is always helpful. There is Labcorp diagnostic in the store. After getting your tests, you can pick up a needed bottle of hootch next-door at the liquor store. Parking is plentiful and the store is clean.”

“I’ve tried all of the Cvs, Walgreens and mainstream pharmacies and at all of them I have always felt as if I’m at the mercy of the pharmacy tech and whatever mood they happen to be in, as if they are doing me a big favor for filling my prescription. Margate Pharmacy is nothing like any of those other places and actually treats their customers like human beings and even show appreciation for you giving them your business by showing you the best possible customer service. I’ve never had such an easy in-and-out experience in a pharmacy before and I hope this place stays around in Jupiter cause it sure does make a difference finding a place you enjoy rather that just tolerate. One of the gentlemen that work there who goes by Reggie is a wizard when it comes to helping through those tricky insurance situations that arise so often in the world of filling medications and he could be a nicer guy while helping until all is figured out or you walk away happy. Great addition to Jupiter, Indiantown area.”
