Absolutely worst customer service and staff I have ever had ANYWHERE IN GENERAL. First off, I took my 13 year old beagle in because he was pooping blood, when we arrived we waiting for about 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there even though there were several people behind the counter doing paper work and on the computers, eating there snacks and lunch looking very unprofessional, After we finally gave someone our name and appointment time (2:45) we were brought back, they took the dogs weight and told us the doctor would be right in. When the doctor came in, older woman with braids, She stated that it was TOO LATE IN THE DAY to see our dog or treat him and she would like to refer us to urgent care because of him popping blood. I politely asked the doctor why we had a scheduled 2:45 appointment if it was “too late in the day” to do anything at all for my poor dog. After them seeing I was upset about the situation, they examined the dog and told us he could possibly have cancer, they gave us some antibiotics to rule out a GI infection, sent us home and told us to come back after the medication is over for an xray or ultrasound to confirm cancer and treatment. When we arrive to our second appointment, I waited again for a while before I was even acknowledged, waited for about 30 minutes after my appointment time and approached the desk to ask a possible timing of when we will be brought back, my appointment time was at 2:45 and I had to pick up my kids at 4:30, the girl told me VERY RUDLY that she has no idea how long it will be so I politely asked if she could find out or ask someone who will know an estimated time, she storms off and says “no I will not find out for you with that attitude” ABSOULY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO DISRESPEFUL, RUDE AND Insensible. I approached the desk asking to speak to someone else other than her and I was told NO, AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE OUR DOCTORS WILL NOT SEE YOU AND YOU ARE NOT ALOUD BACK. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Horrible staff and no respect for people or animals what so ever, at all. If you are trying to bring your pet here RUN FAR AWAY. YOU DONT WANT TO GO HERE

Called 5 x in 7 days and left messages (they don't pick up the phone) and never got a callback!
So I went to the office w/o the cat and was told the vet who prescribed my cats drugs was not there to refill the medication and that the receptionist would leave a message for the Vet and she would call me when she heard from the vet I was also told that I would need the cat with me in order for the other Vet to examine her before he could refill her medicine. I asked for the receptionist, Lexi to call me when the vet was in so I could pick up the drugs.. Never a callback.
Because I didn’t get a phone call I put my cat in a carrier and brought her a half hour to hopefully get the medication needed. The Vet Mike cat originally saw was not there nor had she returned the call from Lexi about the matter While in the examination room, the new vet tells me that because I gave them such a poor review on Google, they didn’t want me as a customer, to which I replied, “I’m the victim and you’re telling me I can’t come back here because of my review?”Apparently, they have the time to check out their reviews, but no time to call their customers back. I asked them to forward my cats records to a new vet emphasizing I needed to get the drugs today but so far they have not forwarded the records to the new Vet. I asked the new vet to give them a call to see if they could get the records and they remarked, “they don’t return calls.” This is unacceptable to the people-pets they serve.

I had to put my beautiful dog to sleep yesterday. I was so upset and not sure how to go about the process. So I saw that they accepted walk-ins. I cannot say enough about the way they treated me, my son and our pet. They were so kind and compassionate. Also their pricing was beyond fair.

Beyond upsetting! Took my dog to this location and was told by the vet that I should bring my dog to their west palm location due to that location having 3 year shots. Where as Jupiter they tell me only have 3 year shots of everything except rabies. So I give my dog the chill protocol bring him to west palm for them to tell me they only have a 3 year rabies shot and that there is no 3 year shot for any other medicines. Wish I had not been lied to. Highly recommend you use any other vet besides this place. Cost me time and money. By the way I was told in Jupiter I would not have to repay another 35 visit fee since they charged me. But guess what. I was charged that too! Also told that mention chill protocol and my dog would be seen right away. Nope! Lies lies lies! Use a different vet!

Horrid facility, Despicable customer service. Front desk woman should be fired. Botch my dogs surgery. Paws 2 Help does not help anything. They make everything worse. My animal is in pain while we figure out what is clearly wrong with him and while I seek an attorney. This facility needs to be shut down and their Non-Profit status yanked!!! This needs to be done before they hurt another animal. Also, contact your local representative and file a complaint with them, animal services, & local office that protects against animal abuse!
The clearly do not know what they are doing!!!!

This is the worst non-profit regarding animals. My dog had surgery there, and the veternian botched the surgery. He is now having so many issues because of it. For the sake of your fur babies, do not take them to this horrible facility. If you do, you risk something like this happening to your loved one. Is it worth the risk? I would say no since it's been heartbreaking to see the trauma and pain my poor dog is going through because of their mistakes. They don't care either, which makes it worse, given that this is a place that claims to care and love animals. They don't.

If I could put zero stars i would. this was the worst experience. i made an appointment to get my dog neutered - and the location is far. i spoke with them the day before and called and was a little late - they claimed they couldnt do anything, they claimed they had talked to the other branch for me and they were supposed to call and it was 2 hours out of my day driving with my dog for nothing - they were rude, and dismissive when i called the other branch who i was told was supposed to have called me - they were even more rude and dissmissive, gave me no other options. i was so disappointed as they had been suggested to me by others. i hope they treat animals better than they treated people

PET OWNERS BEWARE!
Unprofessional and slow staff. Had an appointment at 1pm. While waiting 1 hour 45mins past our appointment time we witnessed the ENTIRE staff take their time talking about their personal life, bad mouthing previous customers, and celebrating a staff members birthday. If you were the veterinarian working on june 20th 2024 I suggest you rethink your occupation. Your job is to welcome and treat your patients, not view them as an inconvenience. Luckily our dogs issue was not serious and we decided we've seen enough RED FLAGS to take him somewhere else.
