They go above and beyond here. Every month I would pick up my cats medication from this pharmacy, which was always quick and easy. When my cat passed away in December, the staff sent me the nicest card, which speaks to their amazing customer service and unparalleled patient care.

Terrible experience. I needed a liquid form of Methimazole for my sick cat they made a cream instead that stuck mostly on the glove, came in a cheap plastic dispenser that never gave the same dosage and didn't work, they also made it in tuna then had to remake as I was very clear it had no be no flavor or chicken. Neither myself my vet or 2 techs were happy with what was a waste of time and money. I don't think they are accredited and I would never ever trust any drugs gotten there again.

Aside from saving a fortune on my prescription these guys are GREAT. Always friendly, helpful and just down right nice. They're honest and have integrity. What more could you ask for. I am extremely pleased with there service and totally recommend them.

Our miniature poodle was recently diagnosed with bronchitis....so scary hearing him suddenly develop a frequent, hacking cough. His Vet prescribed a medication/treat for him, made by the Compounding Pharmacy. I was worried that I would have trouble giving it to him... he is a very picky and a too smart little poodle boy, who refuses to take his meds... we have to put them in a pill pocket to fool him. This is by far the BEST compounding pharmacy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rick, the pharmacist is a godsend when it comes to knowledge and recommendations. Five stars for this compounding pharmacy.

My family and myself have had the best service from Ricardo and Debbie and the lovely ladies on staff at this location.It's the quality of these compassionate individuals that keep us committed to coming back. I have experienced nothing but the best from this place and it's because of the people who have a passion for what they do...helping. As for some reviews I've read I hope people can take in the service they provide and the people they provide it for may not always be in the right mind set or feeling the best. Being grateful and glad they are in the best place possible, if it's allergies a flu shot or other services I would only recommend this place. They care about what they do and that is hard to find, they all need a raise!!

We have been to other compounding pharmacies in the area, to let the last reviewer know, and none of them are quick! Ha! But this one was very thorough and accommodating, explaining everything and even giving me an ice pack to keep meds chilled since I had other errands to run. They were also pleasant and knowledgeable, unlike our last experience, where the gal at front always made us feel like we were an inconvenience. And now we have discovered that the meds were of enough apparent better quality, that we are lowering the dose! (Based on blood tests).

Palm Beach Compounding Pharmacy has wonderful customer service! The staff and pharmacists were so nice and answered all my questions with great detail! I am transferring all of my compounded rx's (& my cat's rx's) to them! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a specialty pharmacy!
