My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. They are beautiful, high quality, and were priced fairly! The staff helped me clean my engagement ring when we purchased the wedding bands and told me to come back before the wedding so they could do another polish. They helped me out again and even did a treatment to keep the white gold bright and beautiful, and they did this all without charge! The staff is so friendly and the jewelry is gorgeous; I highly recommend!

Run do not walk. I have been a customer for over 40 years. Since t** changes hands to Ms. ************************ the quality of their work is awful, and they fail to understand the concept of customer service. I took a strand of pearls to be restrung. My now fiancé did a great job by selecting this destination to buy the ring he proposed to me with. Marci was just the most gracious host to us when I went there for the first time to get my engagement sized. We went on a Sunday and realized late into the interaction that it was passed there closing time. They are truly centered on customer service because they welcomed us in anyway and sized my ring right there and then. I also dropped off some delicate gold pieces for repair at at very reasonable price. I can’t wait to get something custom from them. I need a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring as well as a band for my soon to be husband. I felt treated so well there. The ring he selected is a stunning rose gold ring iced with diamonds and featuring a pastel pink morganite stone! I am absolutely over the moon with my ring!

This jewelry store is amazing! My first visit was a few years ago. They replaced some missing stones, cleaned all my jewelry, refurbished a ring and created a one of a kind necklace for my sister for Christmas. This Christmas, the "mall jewelers" and online shopping was ridiculous. Oteri's created a beautiful custom necklace and earrings- in three days! I recommend them to all my friends and family.

My family has been using Oteri’s for many for everything from custom made jewelry or finding a perfect gift . Jordan and the crew really out did themselves on this piece . I took my father’s wedding ring and one of the Jupiter shipwreck coins he gave me before he passed away and made something I will never take off and I can pass it down to my daughter one day. There’s a lot of imposters around town and people with no passion for what they do , I have and will always be loyal to the Oteri family business.

Highly recommend Oteris Jewelry. I had a vintage Tissot Rock watch that had not worked for years. I took lto many jewelrers who said they could not fix , including the maker Tissot. Jordan at Oteris was not only able to fix it but he got me a new band. Watch looks like new. Thanks guys ???
