I agree with most of the reviews that Rich is honest and fair. He's just not good at mounting tires without chipping and scratching them. If you have some old beater or work truck and need quality mounting and balancing at a good price... he's your guy. If you have nice rims and care about the appearance of your car... find someone that will treat your wheels like they were his own.

Rich is honest and trustworthy! I thought my car needed breaks and when I brought it in he looked at it and realized it wasn't the issue so he fixed the real issue instead. Other mechanics would have changed the breaks and then tried to get me to fix something else too but Rich is very fair. I recommend him to everyone!

Just awful. They really know how to take advantage of someone who knows no better. They replaced a part I did not need, tried to get me to buy a brand new condenser when I just had a brand new one installed 5 days prior. All I needed was a belt a and tensioner and they kept tacking things on, like 85$ for recharging my AC, 15$ shop fee, etc. Ended up paying almost 900$ when it could have been done at any other shop for 300, tops. Told me to come back because I needed struts and that I needed a water pump and that my brakes would be metal to metal in a week (this was 5 months ago). I take it for an oil change and inspection and brakes are fine, struts are fine, and no need for a water pump. Not to mention, the 5 days prior to getting there, all in all I got a brand new radiator condenser and relay. He "HAD" to get me a compressor and they drained and recharged my AC which is not as cold as it was before taking it there by any means. Do not go here, zero stars!
