If I could give this office 10 stars I would. Alycia and Mary Ann have been our accountants for 5 + years now and I can't say enough about their professionalism and responsiveness! Whether we are dealing with business or personal matters, their office is always quick to respond and get us the information we need!

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Alycia because she continues to amaze me.Alycia is the greatest accountant you could ever ask for. She handles simple matters without over complication, and handles complex matters in a way that make them easy for me to understand.She is super fast to respond to emails, and is razor sharp in her attention to detail. It feels like you've just added the greatest Accounting Ninja to your business and you're now going to slice through any tax or business matter with ease. She sends me reminders of deadlines and answers to problems that I didn't even know I had - all with such enthusiasm and passion that jumps out of my inbox even more than emails my best friends send me!Here are just a few examples of her impeccable work- successfully lodged my PPP application without fuss or needing my time and input- reviewed financials of my company and suggested a sensible structural change which makes more sense and reduces complexity- paid some of my outstanding bills whilst we were overseas to meet immediate deadlines which I could then reimburse- noticed errors in a past return (lodged from a different firm) and gave me detailed for/against analysis as to a tax amendment case- provided great clarity around foreign income tax and claimable aspects of private health insurance- handled the switch from my the previous accounting firm with ease and courtesy, notifying all appropriate parties and changing all contact details on my behalfMy family and I travel a lot and we plan to keep using Alycia for our US accounting no matter where we are located. In fact, Alycia and I have not yet met in person! All correspondence since our initial phone call has been over email - and it's been outstanding.6 Stars

Its very scary trusting someone with your financial information so I am so glad I found Mary Ann Phillips. She has become my one and only CPA for all my financial and tax issues. What is so nice is that she is very good at communicating with me to help me make very complicated financial decisions.If your thinking of using turbo tax Mary Ann Phillips paid for herself 10x over by finding all sorts of deductions I had missed.I am very lucky I chose her!

I reached out to this firm in December in regards to three of my companies. They got started immediately! Alycia is fast, efficient and extremely kind. I am very glad I found them and I will be using them for the years to come. Great work!
