Felt discriminated. Was totally ignored by both employees at the store. They were both chatting away and helping another woman and her child. Didn't bother to spend my money there.

Went today with my young son and daughter to look at some fun stuff for the surf. Very patient with my kids as they made decisions on a skim board and explained to me what was best and safest for beginners. Would def recommend if your in the market for surf related items. Highly knowledgeable and friendly.

Top notch service across the board. Jimmy truly cares about the customer and their needs. The entire Locals crew for the last 15 years has always gone above and beyond to make sure the local community is taken care of, the groms are able to progress in a safe environment (surfing and skating), and that those in need have an opportunity to take part in the water or at the skatepark. Jimmy & Katie have run their business professionally and with true passion/dedication to serve the surf/skate community. Jimmy will always dedicate his time to steer the consumer to the right product whether brand new to the sport or someone who has been surfing/skating their entire life. Our family feels fortunate to have this business locally and know we can always refer anyone to the shop and that they will be in great, trustworthy hands!

Love locals surf shop. Every time I’m in town we stop in to see jimmy the owner. I’ve gotten to know him over the years and he is super friendly and has a great eye when in comes to his selection of lines in the store. We always find something that no other surf store carries. Over the years we have hired Jimmy and his crew to give us surf lessons and we’ve had a great time doing it. It’s always a must stop when we are staying at our Condo in Jupiter.
