My card info was stolen and used here for $500. The kicker is it happened within 10 minutes of my swipe. When I reached out they didn't even look into it, and refused to help on their end, even though it was before being shipped where they couldve cancelled the order. Being a MLM company, wouldnt they want to know if there was a market partner commiting fraud!? Their prices are very oddly high, ship internationally within 3 days, closed on the weekends which is prime time and offer zero care for fraud charges. To me, it is all tell tale of a money laundering fraudulent buisness. Based on what I believe, and the customer "care" I recieved, I would never give this "company" my buisness. If you're looking at this, and you have a fraudulent charge from here, add a review about it!!!!!

My pup has been on this food for years and loves it! I had great experiences with the food online and picked up at their local warehouse. When I travel, they always hold the food for me to pick it up when I get back in town.

Prejudice against older and white workers.Sure because over 25 years of warehouse experience is not what you are looking for. Must be an age prejudice actually.

This is a very difficult company to work with. They hide true reviews by taking them down on trustpilot and do not own up for their mistakes and are defensive and unreasonable. It’s all about image. Due to their MLM structure their commissions are not paid on retail but some tricky system of "product value" which winds up to be less than 50% of the retail pricing. They also have ways to flush out the distributor's customers and hard work resulting in a total loss of monthly income for the distributor. It really is set up for the higher ups to keep huge portions of the 187 million dollar a year revenue. After feeding their food under a breeder since 2015, I feel that now they lost their vision and have other interests instead of supporting all the people who helped build their company.

I've been a breeder and exhibitor for 37 years of AKC Labrador Retrievers. At the beginning I let clients pick a food. I got so tired of calls about "bad bad breeder, my dog has allergies" and then they proceeded to tell me the ******* junk dog food they were feeding giving their dog skin and other allergies. Once I started to REQUIRE a food, the only one (I research and love to study canine nutrition--vets don't get this education in vet school), and I knew L.A. was the only one I could feed--I could talk directly to the developer, veterinarians at the company, and anyone at all--all have been available to speak--always. Now I no longer get the phone calls about "my dog has allergies" from the food. Not one recall in over 20 years. Sorry, I don't know of a dog food company that can say that. I'm staying with what is safe and healthy for my dogs!!!

We buy their dog food and cat food for all of our pets and I have never had an issue. I’ve done both auto ship and pick up and it’s always been amazing customer service. The food quality is amazing (from what I can tell..I don’t eat it lol)

Our cat Shiloh joined our family last year. we adopted her from a great organization. she had been on dry food only, hill science. we changed to life abundance soon as we got her. we discovered that she was a few years older than we thought when we took her to the vet for a check up and for a few issues she'd been having. the vet told us her kidneys were not doing so well and to put her on wet food only. she gave us a prescription for kidney food and of course shiloh would nit eat it. I told the vet we were going to try life abundance wet food and she said ok, as long as she ate. we additionally give her the dry treats, 5-6 a day and she said fine. a few weeks later, shilohs kidney numbers came down, she's not throwing up and is just thriving on this food and treats! thank you life abundance! she's like a kitty all over again and she's 10 years old! thank you Kathy Parijs, you're the best rep!

I learned about Life’s Abundance dog food from my dogs breeder since this is their food of choice. In addition to the puppy, I have a 4 year old beagle that was found as a stray. When we adopted her, to say her coat was dingy, dry, and fill of dandruff would be an understatement. Almost two years later her coat as improved dramatically. You can’t tell all in photos, but her coat was dry as straw and it’s softened so much. My only suggestion to LA would be to add other protein options (salmon, beef, etc), but my pups like it and that’s what matters! Highly recommend.

I’m on vacation and missing my pups. By “pups” I mean both of these fluffy 13 yr old butts still active and healthy. I’m incredibly lucky and blessed that with a lot of love and great nutrition, my 2 Akita’s have made it this long. I’ve been feeding them life’s abundance since they were about 2 years old. I’ve ordered their food online and also have gone in person to pick it up. Their customer service is superb. Couple of weeks ago I was driving up there to pick up the food and got caught in traffic and was not going make it before they closed. I called and The phones rolled over to a corporate office in Texas. They suggested I go ahead and see if I could still pick up my order. I went up there and was let in ? The front desk person called the warehouse and they were more than happy to bring my food out to me. I will never forget. In this this day and age when everyone is good at saying no this company did not do that. Not one person said no - they kept saying well let’s check. So now I have a subscription order to their puppy food and wellness supplement. So not only is there food the healthiest food I’ve ever bought for my puppy the bonus is the great customer service.
