“Hometown cleaners has earned my business for the rest of my life. I totally messed up and didn’t realize they closed at 3 o’clock on Saturday. I called Brent in a panic and he went out of his way to come back and get my clothes so that I could go out of town to a conference the next day. He didn’t have to do that and went well above the normal service that could be expected. Please give them your business. They will take care of you.”

“Honesty and integrity. I had several lost items from WSC due to a technical issue in the system. Riccardo (the owner) was thorough and adamant on finding a resolution. I never felt like finding my belongings wasn't a priority for he and the team. He kept me posted on progress, what they were doing internally to track them down, and the changes they made to their backend system to ensure this wouldn't happen again. When all was said and done, Riccardo personally drove them to my house after hours to deliver them, apologized, shook my hand, and made it right.
