I am leaving this review because I want LabCorp to know what a phenomenal employee they have in Traci!
In the beginning of 2023 I was diagnosed with leukemia and because of that I have had to have a lot of routine blood work and I go to this location on Jupiter Lakes Boulevard specifically because of Traci. She single-handedly runs this entire facility from intake to blood draws to Insurance), etc., she does it all with a smile and she is such an incredibly lovely person it is a pleasure to go get blood drawn, and I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that before in my entire life! I don’t even feel it when she inserts the needle. She’s that good! I hope you realize what a gem of an employee you have in Traci! I will not go anywhere else!
On a sidenote, my primary wanted me to have my blood drawn in her office, and I showed up to have it done and had a panic attack because their blood drawing area was absolutely filthy and I refused to let them draw my blood. I said I would never go anywhere, but LabCorp and Traci!

The LabCorp we visited in Jupiter, Florida, was efficient and customer-focused. My wife and I arrived around 8 AM and were promptly assisted in less than 15 minutes. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was personable and skilled - they collected the sample on the first try, which is impressive given that I'm typically difficult to draw from. We were in and out in under 30 minutes, thanks to the friendly and competent staff.

I cannot say enough great things about this location! Tracy is truly a gift to medicine. I send all of my patients here ( including small children) and everyone comes back saying how easy, painless and pleasant the whole experience was. So many people dread getting blood work done and Tracy changes that experience for everyone who has the opportunity to work with her :-)

Tracy was amazing. I’m a WRECK when it comes to blood draws and her technique was so flawless, all my nerves were for nothing. People miss my veins all the time and she didn’t even hesitate before she got me!! She also got me in and out quickly and had excellent customer service + a relaxing aura to her. Thank you again Tracy (: I’d drive the 25 minutes just to come see you again

I went for blood work today and I was met with Tracy. She’s nice and very straightforward. She’s quick to draw blood. She’ll get you in and out fast. Best if you have an appointment.

Had an appointment for blood work this morning and when I went I was told that their systems were down and since my doctor sent my order over they had no way to access it. When I asked why I wasn't called to cancel I was met with an incredulous " am I supposed to call everyone on the list? " response. Unacceptable response. I understand that things like this happen but that response was rude.
Booked another appointment but with Quest this time.

I have been using Labcorp for a few years now, and realized I have never did a review for TRACY. She is the best technician to draw my blood. It never hurts, and I won't go any where else.

This is the nicest lab Corp I visited. The seating area is comfortable, I was seen and Tracy completed my blood draw quickly and painlessly. It was well worth the drive to come to this location.
