I went for blood work today and I was met with Tracy. She’s nice and very straightforward. She’s quick to draw blood. She’ll get you in and out fast. Best if you have an appointment.

Had an appointment for blood work this morning and when I went I was told that their systems were down and since my doctor sent my order over they had no way to access it. When I asked why I wasn't called to cancel I was met with an incredulous " am I supposed to call everyone on the list? " response. Unacceptable response. I understand that things like this happen but that response was rude.
Booked another appointment but with Quest this time.

I have been using Labcorp for a few years now, and realized I have never did a review for TRACY. She is the best technician to draw my blood. It never hurts, and I won't go any where else.

This is the nicest lab Corp I visited. The seating area is comfortable, I was seen and Tracy completed my blood draw quickly and painlessly. It was well worth the drive to come to this location.

I moved to West Palm Beach from Palm Beach Gardens . This location is my favorite Lab Corp . The wonderful technician is the draw ! She is wonderful ! has patience , is , professional , kind and always greeted with a beautiful smile . I can’t at this moment remember her name . This lovely lady is the only one there. She is a black woman in her fifties . With the biggest smile and a wonderful attitude. Thank you ?

There is only 1 lady working there and she is the rudest human ever encountered. She told me I had a MISCARRIAGE because I JUMPED UP & DOWN TOO MUCH. I had never met her before in my life, and this comment alone she should he FIRED. I cried the entire time I was there. Unfortunately I had to go back to her again a few months later and she hysterically laughed at me for how much I'm going to have to pay for all these labs. She is beyond rude, condisending and a TERRIBLE person. I would LOVE for the owner or manager to call me about my experience.

Extremely rude front desk lady! Loudly complaining about us stupid people needing her help who "can't chew gum and walk at the same time" I had asked her if they could take a Quest Diagnostic form from my provider. Needed blood work done to check on my tumors...I hope she realizes one day being nice is free.
