The owner turns off the 'open' sign at 3:30 and I caught up to him driving away. I asked him what time they normally close and he says 4pm but he's got to cash in some checks so the thought process here is 'forget about this customer lugging around a baby, who came to the store within advertised operating hours'.. not a good first impression so I am not going to even consider purchasing tile from this store.

You have heard of the saying "buyer beware" well it applies to Jupiter Tile & More, if something goes wrong you are left out in the cold. They don't return phone calls or e-mails, and make promises they never keep, they screwed our kitchen cabinets by mixing up the styles of the doors and say they will fix but it has now been 6 months and they still won't fix.There are much better resources in this area use one of them.Philip

Thank you Joe for all you help in selecting the correct tiles and cabinet for our guest bathroom renovation and keeping us within budget. Also thank you for recommending Marcione from Fratelli Flooring Corp. for the installation who did a fantastic job and was well withing the tight time line we set and also on budget. Great team you both made.
