Lewis and Nick at Snapbox storage are amazing! Excellent customer service, very polite and professional. They have the cheapest storage units price in Jupiter Florida. I highly recommend Snapbox self storage for any and all storage needs! 10 out of 10 recommended.

So I am doing a short term move and needed temporary storage. Luis was extremely helpful and set me up with a unit that fits my need. He also helped me set up access to my account online. I am a senior citizen and he made went through it step by step. Highly recommend this location here in Jupiter

Frustrating to deal with. Showed up at 9:20 today (a Thursday) and there were 5 people waiting outside in front of locked doors. Business hours start at 9am. Came back at 9:40 to find one staff member and a line of those 5 people. No one answered the phones either. I will say the space is clean, climate controlled and in a safe area. But for what we pay, they should at least honor the business hours they post and have someone staff the phones.

They don’t open at 9am right away. Last two times I’ve had to wait until 9:45 to get in. For this reason, I would not do business with them again. Time is money.

Cops called on me for looking at trailer for sale nearly got arrested when the trailer I was looking at had for sale side. The place apparently gets robbed constantly.

Not sure of it was Nick I dealt with today. All I can say is FINALLY a nice person working there. He was incredibly helpful. I’m now in a smaller unit and him made it so easy for me. Simple easy done.

GREAT location to rent a UHAUL truck. Very clean and great service. Luis was very personalable and provided great customer service. Luis made the check in and check out very easy and stress free. I have and will continue to recommend this location and to ask for Luis . ?
