My son is in football and 17 years old. I brought him in on a Friday afternoon after practice due to a possible concussion. They were so sincere and patient with us. My son is always getting hurt from sports and I am so happy to have found such a great doctor and staff to meet my medical needs. I will come here in the future for any sports injuries and highly recommend this group for any medical needs.

This place did not bill me and sent me to collections. Didn’t even get better and the front desk people had a huge attitude when I asked why they didn’t inform me as to any amounts due.Edit… turns out, “we sent you to collections” has a unique meaning in this office. You have a past due bill would probably get you further…

The doctors here are great. My only issue (and it’s a big one) is with the front desk/scheduling.I called months ago to reschedule an appointment, upon doing so I marked my calendar when they told me I was all set. Today they call me and ask to confirm the OLD appointment date, and that they have no record of me rescheduling. Talking to others I know who go here, I’ve heard similar stories about random cancellations, and changing appointment dates without the patient knowing. Really disappointed that I have to put this much time and effort into scheduling a simple appointment.

Best medical office experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. The nurses were kind and warm. They went out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner was informative and explained everything to me in detail. I would recommend Jupiter Family Health Care.

After hearing that I required hormone replacement therapy recently, I made the decision to seek a second opinion. I chose to test out this doctor's clinic after hearing about it from someone in my office. It turns out that I do require hormone therapy in some kind, and the doctor actually took the time to outline my options. Additionally, I was quite happy that all of my questions were addressed and that there was no sense of urgency. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my welfare, in my opinion. The office is well-run and has a pleasant atmosphere. After three months, my health has significantly improved. I owe everything to the Jupiter Family Health Care staff.

It went so nicely during my visit that I felt compelled to provide a review. My youngster was seen for a severe cough and the illness. My son was given such great care, and everyone was so polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner was kind and very understanding. This will be my go-to medical facility moving forward for all of my requirements and those of my family.

I made the decision to finally give Botox a try. I looked online and discovered a tonne of positive reviews for this doctor and his practise. I am overjoyed with the outcomes! In just a few days, my appearance has aged ten years. I am eager to try further fillers, and my sister and I also have appointments there right now. Their professionalism and depth of medical expertise has greatly impressed me. This practise is excellent for handling any medical problems, but they are also fantastic at aesthetic operations.

This review is being written for my sister. Last week, she required medical attention since she was having trouble recovering from a chest illness. We received courteous and professional treatment from the moment we entered the office to the end of the session. Even my sister's insurance was helped by the front desk employees. The degree of customer service and concern is really impressive. From now on, I shall go there for all of my medical requirements.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. DeLucia. Dr. DeLucia pays attention to every detail. The nurses were understanding and soothing. During my visit, each process was described. Wonderful experience. Highly advised.

I generally get extremely anxious around needles, sounds, and smells, but the PA there quickly put me at ease, calmed me down, and helped me get beyond my anxiety.

They only care about getting paid from insurance companies, and not the patients !!! If you ask about more than one issue that you’re having while seeing DR. HARRIS, or her assistant NATASHA, you’ll have to make another appointment and come back to talk to them about any other issues you might be having. It’s SAD ? TO SAY, but it seems like they only care about charging the insurance companies copayments ‼️‼️‼️ ON TOP OF THAT, YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AND WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR TO SEE DR. HARRIS, JUST SO THEY CAN DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN ‼️‼️‼️????????????????????????☹️☹️☹️ ??????☹️☹️☹️?????

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY HEALTHCARE OFFICE‼️‼️‼️I was seeing Doctor Kimala Harris ??⚕️!!! She is very rude to start. She asked me how many months pregnant I was when I first met her. Which I thought ?,was truly wrong ?. I’m male for one, and that’s not something that you say to someone that you don’t know in my opinion. It was just one of the issues I had with DR. Harris. Overall in my professional opinion, I highly recommend finding another physician ??⚕️. Natasha , Dr. Harris’s assistant called and gave me the results from an old ultrasound amongst other mistakes she has made in the past. This is ridiculous and very poor service. They need to get things in order in this office ‼️‼️‼️????????☹️☹️☹️?????

I called today to make an appointment and ask some things. The girl was so rude and impatient. They should be more selective with the personal and be able to speaking at least in Spanish
