I have used this pharmacy for my compound medicine a few years now. I recently moved and changed doctors. The new doctors staff had a question about the combination of drugs and asked me to call the pharmacy to verify. I was put on the phone with the pharmacist who was extremely rude. Asked me why I wanted to know what was in my medication and that my doctor should be able to read what was clearly written on the label. Seriously? I can’t ask what’s in my medication? I was going to continue using this pharmacy and have the medication mailed to me but after that conversation I’m done. I can’t believe the pharmacist was so rude.

The pharmacist at Jupiter Drugs is one of the most compassionate, caring, and helpful people you will meet. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help. I will forever use this pharmacy.

I have never used the pharmacy here but we have been customers of the medical supply department for close to three years and have come to depend upon their expertise. They are knowledgeable but also can be arrogant and unfriendly at times. Not the most personable of men. It’s as if you are doing them a big favor by being a customer.About 2 years ago, we purchased a $1300 “pop-up” lounge chair which is still under warranty. However, the foot rest which is remotely controlled is apparently not covered by the warranty. The staff at Jupiter Drug repaired the foot rest and charged us $300.Two weeks later it broke again. Rather than take any responsibility for the repair, the staff blamed us for the faulty mechanism and said we would have to pay them another $300.00!Then they ended the conversation by saying “we would have ti end our relationship if we weren’t in agreement with their determination”.Who do they think they are?

I have never dealt with the Pharmacy but the staff who run the medical supply section of Jupiter Drugs are both arrogant and unfriendly. They act like they are doing you a big favor every time you ask them a question as if they have something more important to do or your wasting their time. I have been a customer for over 21/2 years and always polite and they are always the same. About two years ago, we purchased an expensive "pop-up" lounge chair from them for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease ($1300.00). The chair is still under warranty but the foot rest which does not elevate properly is not. Jupiter Drugs said they could fix the foot rest for $300 which they did. They said we did something to cause it to malfunction.???? Two weeks or so later it broke again. Now they want us to pay $300 again to fix it!! Needless to say, we have parted ways with this business. Who is the owner anyway?

When we first moved down here right before the pandemic, I tried going to CVS in Juno Beach and over the course of a few months I had so much trouble attempting to get my prescriptions that I felt the convenience of proximity wasn't worth it. I found Jupiter Drugs which is a locally owned pharmacy and we have been happy there ever since. They are terrific! Everyone is so helpful and I have never found anyone there to be rude or unfriendly. It's a shame that there are a few people out there that had trouble. We still go there!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They acted like I was inconveniencing when I asked a question. There's no excuse for treating customers like this. No customer should be left frustrated.It's a shame, because I've heard good things about this pharmacy in the past, but the poor customer service I received was a huge disappointment.Update: The owner called and was just as rude. Wow!

I have been a happy customer for 6 years. Happy is not the word…. more like exceptionally happy. Sanette has saved my sanity and my health over the last six years. She gave me hope when I thought a normal life was over. I have been seeing her since 33 years old and am 40 now. Just the sound of her voice reminds me everything is ok. Not only is she the most educated pharmacist I have ever known but she truly cares about her customers and will do whatever she can to help and takes so much time explaining and educating you with any questions. She works miracles. At home - my family knows her as my angel. I truly love her. Thank you Sanette/Jupiter Drugs.
