Amazing Experience!I heard about JR emeralds from one of my friends in Florida since I was looking for an engagement ring. I’m more than 2000 miles away from the store and decided to make a call. I was so fortunate that Natalie picked up the phone and helped me since the beginning. I had done some research about emeralds but of course did not become an expert. Natalie explained everything so well. Not only she educated me about emeralds but also took the time to talk about engagement rings (from pave to sizing to care to engraving). Her genuine input about the ring made finding and purchasing it so easy. It greatly reduced the anxiety and pressure of finding the perfect ring. Throughout the process she sent pictures and videos and was always available to answer any questions (this is a big deal so I HAD MANY questions). Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Natalie for helping find the perfect ring!The ring is STUNNING! The craftsmanship and details are amazing! It did not only deliver everything I imagined but went beyond expectations.Highly recommend them! Will definitely become a lifetime customer for other emerald jewelry.

I contacted Natalie a few months ago because I wanted to buy an emerald necklace that I could pass on to my daughter later. Natalie always took the time to advise me, from the choice of the stone to the design of the jewelry. I received my necklace a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely amazing service from us picking our Emerald to the setting .I sore my perfect Emerald on an Instagram reel from there I DM Natalie who replied instantly . We then went forward with a setting Natalie kept me up to date on every step of the process we even spoke over the phone nothing was ever too much trouble she was amazing in every way.After getting pictures of my simply stunning Emerald set ,Natalie said it will be with you In a couple of days it took 48 hours to come from the United States ?? to England.I can't thank Natalie enough for the excellent service she provided and can recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying an Emerald and having custom made .Thank you NatalieSally and Tim??

I love this place! This is the third time I’ve returned and second custom ring I’ve had made for my wife. Every time is a pleasure and they are so very professional. They are easy to work with, and this time I did it all through instagram since it’s a surprise. I can’t wait to give it to my wife tomorrow! My wife and I recently worked with Jorge and his team to craft a beautiful bespoke Columbian emerald ring. What a great experience! Jorge was completely responsive to my wife's preferences down to every detail and guided us with expert advice through the process from selection of the right stone through completion of a masterpiece. It's not every day that you craft a piece like this but when you do, i cannot recommend JR Emeralds highly enough. Truly a delightful experience

Purchased a pair of earings,a bracelet, and a necklace for my wife for Christmas. A mistake was made and they sent 2 pairs of earrings rather than the bracelet I called and they said they would make the exchange the day after Christmas, which they did. I understand that mistakes are made, however I asked her to just refund me for the earrings, she said she couldn't anyway I then traded the earrings for something else that cost me more money.The emeralds are so small they look ridiculous. I learned a good lesson never buy jewelry online. Because of all the money I spent with them and they couldn't take one of the pieces back I found that to very unprofessional.
