Nope.... never agin from this company. All of the boards looked like they had been found on the side of the road. No life jackets and half of the paddles you could not adjust the size. They delivered/dropped the boards in the wrong location and made us drive to them.

Easy drop off/pick up get a couple stars but surprisingly battered old boards, no leg straps, no elastic band to hold gear. I couldn’t kneel on board since surface so rough. They need to invest in new gear to keep repeat customers. In the meantime, I would suggest renting elsewhere. The five star reviews may not realize what a typical rental board is like, these are NOT the norm.

We rented two paddleboards for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. paid in advance went to both suggested drop off areas but no one was there! I called several times and no one answered the phone. Finally, on my fifth call, someone answered the phone and said they sent a text message stating they needed to push us back to 11:00. However, it was 11:00 a.m and they had no available paddleboards. The owner said, "I can't just call people to come back in with the paddleboards". How about just not overbooking in the first place? Anyway, our money was refunded and Hui Hui suggested we use "JUPITER KITEBOARDING". Jupiter Kiteboarding was accommodating and rented us four paddleboards for the same price of $49.99 each for the entire day but there was a $20.00 delivery charge. This was a total inconvenience and waste of our time.

My friend and I were on vacation and wanted to take some paddleboards out on the intercoastal. Kris was more than accommodating and met us in the morning to drop off the boards and picked them up as we returned to the drop off point. I can't wait to visit again and use their services!

Good news: Nicest people; they deliver the boards paddles and vests to the site and bring them to the water. Pick up is easy as well. Bad News: Equipment...not so nice. Super outdated boards. Each one was a wreck. (we rented 6). Paddles are old and some of them not even for SUP. All were not adjustable. Just bad. Find another rental shop. Good equipment makes for a much more rewarding experience.

The boards were in terrible condition, by far the worst quality I have ever rented. Owner was rude when we asked for basic instruction for the two in our group who had never paddle boarded.

Super great experience - Kevin and John were great to work with. Great communication and service. Coral Cove was perfect for us beginners! Kids got to see lots of wildlife and paddles with some manatees
