“Some of the worst help I have seen in the USA so far, I expect it will get worse. Do I have to see the manager to get anything done each entry to this place? Not to mention, are employees supposed to know where items are?? I don’t see evidence that employees havemapped out common items in their head. Each relies on the cell phone, which I can do too. Most seem to slowly get around to anything and seem to be understaffed. Make sure you realize you are ON YOUR OWN HERE. Good luck. However, some bright lights, go see Angie, she happens to know blinds. Once I found her, she took care of things. Dude she worked with was okay too. But you have to find the people that know stuff. I can’t knock the whole store for a few folks, but I’m not. My guess is that this is a retirement community and workers reflect that. There was one other stand out employee that went the extra mile to help find something for us. Not every employee can be a winner.

Edit: So, I have had the pleasure of going into this store at least 8 times in the past week. I reviewed my review and think this may have been a ‘2 off’ or something. They got better so I changed my review. I received better service, ran into more knowledgeable employees and they do not deserve a one star. I changed it to 4. Sometimes, my standards are high but if I worked there, I’d try and memorize the store, not just my department. This may be an impossible standard. I’m not here to ruin people’s days.”
