So I went to goodwill in Jupiter Florida. Once upon a time there were specials color of the day etc. not anymore. Once upon a time there were people who worked there and were super nice. Not anymore. I went shopping and there are items from the dollar tree that they sell for 4.99! What? You're robbing people. Last time I spent $100 and the girl behind the register didn't care to wrap my vases when I came home all of it was chipped or broken. Wasted my money and time; thinking I was saving I lost money. READ THIS: few days after my purchase I went to donate lots of items . Everything was bagged mix and match. If I donate I just put it in big bags and at the donation center there used to be people that took care of the items and sorted them. But now they said to me: "we are not taking it because it needed to be all separated in categories in separate boxes." Let me tell you there were three employees sitting there like three imbeciles and with crossed arms were commanding the donators what to do. No help whatsoever. And if I'm going to donate it to church yes I'd love to sort it nicer but for goodwill? Here is a company that is fraud and they demand you to sort the things - you should be happy that I always clean my donations before placing in bags. Oh maybe your employees want me to also put the pricing tags and put them directly on the shelves. How crappy. Then As I was leaving, whatever they took they didn't give me receipt for it. You know what ? I'm done with giving you my business and plus donations. I'd rather go to the other 100 thrift shops that actually have a better cause than you fake people fake business. Fraud !!!

This is a humble size location and the layout is very easy to maneuver. I didn't leave with any purchases; however, there were a few good garments to be desired. Additionally, there was a lot of great artwork.

The people working in the drop off area are the rudest. I am tired of getting yelled out when I drop off. I will never return. In a world that needs more kindness, it is shocking that GoodWill Industries is so far from being Kind.

On more than one occasion while dropping off donation items the staff has yelled at me and other people donating. They are very arrogant and rude in the drop off area. It's unfortunate. I've decided to take my goods elsewhere.

It‘s next to Walgreens and a surf shop. I was very pleased with the man working there; he was very kind and helped me with the bags I had brought to donate.

I have donated on many occassions there over the years. Today the man working the donation area was rude and I honestly did not deserve his disrespectful treatment. He was judgmental and opinionated unnecessarily, including accusing me of being angry ( I was not) because he didn't accept car seats which was fine with me even though it was a booster seat. He even stated he wasn't paid enough to deal with people like me. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I don't think I will be back. No one deserves that behavior.

I adore Goodwill and their pledge to help those in need...Great Silver and Gold memberships that afford amazing discounts daily and super specials often twice a week...This is a outstanding huge store...with the kindest, most hard working employees and management...They are forever helping and doing their utmost to keep it tidy with lovely color coordinated clothing displays...the artwork is outstanding, the furniture is a fraction of the original cost and frequently entire estates are liquidated...china, crystal, pottery, baskets, appliances, spectacular lamps, rugs, flatware, pots and pans, records, videos, books, drapes, blankets, underwear, shoes/many designers exquisite handbags, evening and wedding gowns too...OMG the list is endless!!! This is my" Happy Place"...Run don't walk to get the best buys...You'll be so thrilled and Goodwill will be as well...Bless them and all they stand for...By purchasing you will make a difference in someone's life...Sincerely, Lydia Dorfman/Jupiter, Florida :) Extremely Dedicated Shopper AND DON'T FORGET TO DONATE...CLEAN OUT THOSE DRAWERS AND CLOSETS AND GARAGES...YOUR DONATION BRINGS IN NEEDED $$$. THANKS EVERYONE :)

This is the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Huge, organized selection of clothing. Really - more organized than your local TJ Maxx or Marshalls. You have to check furniture often as things go so fast! I've seen "sold" tags on some amazing things we were too late on.

This place is a total waste of time. If you like to donate your things give them to the Salvation Army. Goodwill is privately owned and hides under the disguise that it gives people jobs. Well yes, they pay minimum wage and receive their goods for free. Good plan right?
