Just called as a new customer off the coupon in the jupiter mylivingmedia mag. The girl on the phone was down rite mean, almost like i was bothering her trying to make an appointment., if that is the way they treat customers , even possible new ones, I would not trust them with my dogs. I would not recommend them based on first impressions.

Very caring & thorough…They discovered a health issue while grooming our chihuahua. This prompted us to take her to the vet & a benign tumor was quickly removed. We’re so grateful Gentle Touch picked up on this!

We had an awesome experience. All the staff was very professional and really cared about the Grooming needs of my dogs. I have a Goldendoodle and labradoodle they are pictured below. They are clean and now comfortable. My golden has severe anxiety and was abused as a puppy. They knew her needs and were great with her. Would definitely recommend to anyone. ! I will also add scheduling the appt on the app was very convenient and someone texted me back with the appt time confirmation. That is a convenience most groomers do not have ! Thank you Gentle touch !!

I have been bring my senior rescue, Miles, for grooming to Gentle Touch for almost 5 yrs. Carley has always treated Miles who has gone deaf & is almost blind with kindness & patience & he looks handsome & well groomed when she finishes his grooming. She is the best! Also Paul the shop manager is the kindest, most pleasant gentleman, keeping the shop a terrific place to bring you pet!! ??

JoJo lost her first dad last November and her 2nd Dad in April. She was relocated to Jupiter from Boston and wanted to find a gentle nice place. She did great everyone their caring and professional. We will.be back.next month!!!! Thank you!!!

My dog isn't used to being professionally groomed, and she was a bit nervous to go in, but the entire experience was wonderful! When I picked her up, not only did she look fabulous, but she was so happy- wagging, her tail, prancing around, and snuggling with the groomer and shop owner! She loves Gentle Touch and after this fantastic experience, I won't be taking her anywhere else!
