I have adopted my cat, Jake’s a gorgeous gray and black tabby, my 2 love puppies, Elka, beagle/dashund mix, and my Lovie, chihuahua/minpin mix. I will never adopt from any other place. I just love Furry Friends. Every one there is so kind and nice. The clinic is fabulous. They take the time necessary to help the pups not to be afraid. Perfect for me. If you haven’t visited, take the time to do so…you won’t be disappointed! Don’t buy…adopt!!!

We adopted a sweet little 3 yr old kitty cat who has obviously had a lot of trauma and unstable living. Furry Friends was amazing and I appreciated how they ask pertinent questions so the adoptee can find a suitable forever home. Our little girls still very shy and not quite trusting so we are giving her all the time she needs in a safe space. So much gratitude for Furry Friends, the staff, volunteers and the beautiful facility. I highly recommend donating blankets, pillows, food, new toys etc.

I'm writing you today because of your unfair policies that is being carried out by your company and staff. So if you see a pet that you want to meet you can see that pet but only in their cage. If you are interested in adopting that pet and if that pet is a highly desirable pet then they tell you that you must meet with the trainer and you must make an appointment to do so. so then you ask, can you put a hold on that pet because you can't see the train at that moment then they tell you cannot put a hold on a pet. This is where you scam begins because this is how you put a hold on a pet without really putting a hole on a pet using the scam that you must meet the trainer first. I came to your facility wanting to adopt a pet and and found one that I loved but was told was I must meet with a trainer before I could adopt it. I said I will meet with the trainer right now if it's possible and your staff said that it's not possible and you must make an appointment with the trainer. Then I asked can I put a hold on the pet and your staff said no it's a first come first serve basis, but it really isn't because of the scam/cover of making an appointment with the trainer to have a meeting. Instead of the scam/cover, why don't you just change your policy and put holds on dogs. Because it is an unfair scam practice that you and or your staff is doing it is unfair to the people that want to adopt a pet and it's also unfair for the pet itself. All the claims that you make on your website and what your staff tells you at the front desk is a complete lie and scam. Maybe you should rethink your companies mission and be more transparent with people that are looking to come in to adopt a pet because of this I am so turned off by your company and staff. I will be making these comments all over social media. Have a good day.

Such a beautiful space! They truly love and care for the animals. The dogs are so well loved, volunteers are AMAZING and the cat room was so much fun! I can’t wait to get to help volunteer and rescue a new friend!

A few weeks ago my dog, Charlie came to the end of his life after 16 1/2 years. We called furry friends to ask if we could bring Charlie over to say goodbye. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. As my children and grandchildren wept as we said goodbye to our beloved dog I was so incredibly impressed at the staff and doctors kindness. Today I received in the mail, a sympathy card from the staff at furry friends. The card was signed by everybody and they included a nose print and a paw print of Charlie. The card was signed by everybody and they included a nose, print and a paw print of Charlie. I would like to thank all of you at flurry friends. You are the best!
