Highly recommend, we've used them twice, 16 years apart, excellent work! Job 1 2008 was 2nd FL engineered hardwood to replace carpeting, and cork floor in 1st floor den. 15 years later we just did large walk in master closet, replacing carpet with engineered hardwood. It looks beautiful. Dave in the office, Luke and Pablo were a pleasure to work with, great service, very responsive, great install. ?

We were having a hard time getting someone to repair our manufactured wood floor after a kitchen remodel. Floor Specialists of Jupiter took on the job for us. They had excellent service & we are very happy with the results.

I had a really bad leak in my condo oct 31 st and we needed all new floors. 20 years ago these same guys put our gorgeous floors in , they looked brand new after 20 years of wear. I hated to see them so damaged. These guys came in so professional yet I felt like they were my relatives so niceEager toPlease, kind , trustworthy just super great guys. The installers they use seriously were amazing!!! The high quality of detail is truly a talent not just the average guy has. He went to extensive schooling that not all installers have to do.I’m 100% happy with start to finish. I never thought I could love another floor like my old ones but I DO 100%Thank you so so muchJulie K

I strongly recommend Floor Specialist. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the process of selecting floors and install an absolute breeze. There is a wide array of hard wood floors to choose from. They have their own hardwood floor cleaner that I use for all of my wood surface. I will definitely be sending all of my family and friends their way.

Extremely rude personnel. Made an appointment over the phone with person who claimed to be the owner. Arrived and a person claiming to be the general manager said the person I was to meet was not there. He was extremely rude and when I exploded I had an appointment, he asked me to leave. Businesses like this do no deserve our business!

My project was for a very small area, but a high-quality flooring product. Floor Specialists' original installer did a very poor job -- glue all over, spaces between wood, large, uneven cuts.
After several weeks of calls, Floor Specialists sent another installer who replaced much of the previous man's work and did a very good job. However, a great deal of glue was left on the floor (probably from both installations). Several weeks again have gone by as I tried to get Floor Specialists to remove the glue. The "front man" (who does seem to be all talk) dropped off a container of remover, saying he would "try" to get his installer to come by...or perhaps I would like to be responsible for the removal.
Although the project was a small one, I am considering a lawsuit because of the lack of service and quality. Incidentally, I paid the bill the moment the fees were requested, alas before I had a chance to examine the workmanship.
