I just had a rod repaired and they did a fantastic job. I had 2 guides replaced on a rod that I love and have had for years, and they did exactly what they promised. The rod was ready 2 days earlier than promised and the price was a great value. I'm very happy I found them since I live just south and have had some terrible experiences with their competitors. I actually had this rod being repaired in Riviera Beach and had to take it back since they missed their promise date by 5 days and when I went to pick it up after I was told it was ready by the owner, it hadn't even been touched. It didn't seem to bother them that they made several customer service errors. I have been treated very well at Fishing Headquarters by 2 different young men who apparantly understand what customer service means, or were taught how to treat customers properly by the owners. I am now a committed new customer and will take my future business there whenever I can; Thank you.

Nice shop. Couple of nice young men working there. Prices are the prices but I do not understand for the life of me in the fishing capital of the world, WHY when you pull off the street to buy your tackle, bait there's no damn place to park??? Not everyone lives here, a lot of times, you're pulling a boat with NO WHERE to go ??♂️

These dudes are amazing...It is two bros and a bunch of young guns and they all know whats up. Let me explain. I wanted to get serious about fishing but was totally green. They take time every time I am in there to show me the ropes. Now, we have a fishing charter company and it is in great part to the free flowing knowledge that they are willing to pass down. My gear is top shelf and cared for. Sometimes I go in to buy something and they actually guide me not to as it is not the season. Absolutely love these guys and lucky to have them in Jupiter. Highly suggest this become your go to spot if you want the spots

Outstanding personal family service. 25 years we have enjoyed this business. The owner himself still extends personal service beyond any comparable store. I was happy I stopped in to see them and make a purchase.

I brought two reels there to be cleaned after they got submerged in salt water. Was told they will soak them for a day then clean the reels and greese them. I get a call back not even 24 hours later that the reels are done. Upon picking them up I pulled the spool one one reel , found no greese on shaft in reel. I asked why no greese was on it and was told they don't regresse that shaft. I said ok and left. When I got home I pulled the handle off reel and found muddy greese on inside and alot of dried salt residue. Brought reels back to store and asked what it entailed on cleaning reels. So I showed him the handles and he tells me that cleaning the handles is not part of cleaning process.This would be like bringing your car for a oil change and the mechanic telling you I'm not changing the oil filter cause it's not part of an oil change. I don't mind paying for a service as long as it's done. I paid 45.00 dollars and as far as I'm concerned the service wasn't done. If they did this to me , I wonder how many other people paid for something to done and wasn't. I definitely will not return to this place again. Very unhappy. My son and I just went in looking for a cast net, we didn't know how to use one. But know we wanted one. Aiden who works there asked if we had used one before and we said no. He said if you have a moment I will take you guys out to the grass and teach you. My son and I really appreciate the extra step he took above and beyond the sale. Aiden you rock. And this store is 5 stars no doubt!
