I am pretty sure at this point that Sylvester works exclusively for me. He is extremely responsive and caring. You would never know that he's almost always the only person at the desk. And even though it's a bustling store, he always makes you feel like you're his only customer. For those who see the store temporarily closed, Sylvester is probably just trying to take a well deserved break. He is prompt in his return times, and even has called me to let me know that he is going on break before I head out and end up missing him in that window. :) Thank you, Sylvester for your professionalism and hard work @FedExKinkos inside Walmart, Jupiter!

Worst location ever. If you live in Jupiter it's worth it to drive to the West Palm location. Owner works alone because he can't staff he said. Closes at random times because he won't hire another staff member. Today was 2 to 3. I complained to the corporate office because 20 people in line for over an hour is insanity. Only used fed ex because it was a return.

Online says they should be open, drove all the way here and they have a sign saying “be back at 11:00”. It’s 10:40am. In what world would they have hours of operation and not actually be open when customers show up.

Sylvester is the absolute best! He’s so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and assists customers with a speedy yet thoughtful approach. FedEx is very lucky to have him!!

I had two packages to return that labels were printed out at store. The employee put them on the wrong packages and were sent to the wrong locations. Now I won't be credited for the returns!! Thanks a lot, zero customer service.

Update your store timings online if you are close for lunch in the non lunch hours. I was there at 1:44 pm and found the door closed with “back from lunch at 3:00 pm”.

I called the location before visiting. I was unable yo do the steps needed to print & go. When I arrived at the location, I was helped by a young man (I don't know his name). He was courteous, knowledgeable & very professional. After 5 minutes he was able to help me, get the document to print & instruct me on the use of the copier/fax/scan machine. I am so happy I went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

I mailed a letter a week ago to nyc from pac place in palm beach gardens- paid close to $19.00 and am told by my broker over a week later, that she tracked it and it is still in the palm beach FedEx office- horrible service! Let's go back to carrier pigeons .

Went in with a box to ship off and the rep Justin Thompson was a complete ass. He tried to goad me into buying a box from fed ex for $13 to ship off my package. Really just trying to get a sale. Claiming that the original box that was sent to me that I was returning the item in was "compromised". The box wasn't ripped, wasn't damaged. He refused to take the package and told me to take it to the fedex office in Riviera beach 20 mins away. Complete asshole. Then when I called back to ask him for his name and his manager's name he refused to give it to me. Primarily because he know he did something wrong.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Especially if Justin Thompson is working for the day.

A million thanks to the angel-lady that works on this office. She not only was super kind and nice, but also help me realize I was getting scammed through a sale online. I was about to send a phone "that was supposedly sold" and it was all a scam" God Bless her. Thanks for your help !!
