I brought my phone in to get the front screen repaired, when I got my phone back it was calling random people and locking me out of my phone for hours. It was pushing buttons without me touching it. I waited 2 hours for them to fix the front of my screen. There were pieces of foam sticking out from the edge of the glass. It was a horrible experience. About 2 weeks later my front screen shattered again. I went to a new place in the gardens mall called Cellaxs (561) 576-6393 and they repaired the front screen for me in under an hour and fixed all the issues for less money. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT go to iTech!!!!!!!!

They are great. Had an issue with my computer, called around but nobody would see me yet these guys said to bring it in. They fixed it right up. Will for sure go back and recommend them

Volume buttons on phone were not working and back of phone needed to replaced due to cracking. They did excellent job, looks like brand new phone. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Brought my laptop in for a simple repair today. The gentleman at the store fixed my problem extremely quick (2-3 min) and was very friendly. Will def go back there for all future computer repairs. Highly recommend.

These guys rock. Super honest, clear, forthright, incredibly knowledgeable, and fair. I spilled liquid on my laptop and the USBc ports stopped working. They replaced them all and cleaned the inside and I was back in action almost immediately. Superb!

What an amazing place specifically Hayden who works there. It’s very rare these days to meet somebody who genuinely cares and wants to help as much as he does. I came in to try and get my computer a little faster. He was very clear and explained everything very well. I ended up trading my computer in for three times. What Apple would’ve given me on trade and bought a new computer from them with confidence. Whether you’re getting your phone fixed or have advance needs with your Apple Computer, I highly highly recommend. This store. I was in a rush as I cannot be without my computer during the week and Hayden worked with the West Palm Beach store that had the computer I wanted to make sure it was all done and finished same day. They were quick and efficient and transferred all my data to my new computer.

I discovered iTech about 1 hear ago. The first trip in was with a new PC that i was having major problems with ( I had ordered this item elsewhere). Haden (who is the manager) was simply amazing help resolving all my issues and also adding 1T per my request. No problems now…it works perfect! Since then, I have purchased a used 16”MacPro laptop from them and my sister-in-law did the same. We are VERY pleased the the laptops!! And, what a great price. Lastly, I’ve even brought my iPhone into them for a battery change. No prob! I LOVE this place. It’s so much better then dealing with the Apple Store! And, iTech is a local business (Jupiter). Give them a try…you will be glad you did!

Excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction! Walked in to retrieve old laptop hard drive but the recovered section was from my windows partition as opposed to Mac. Spencer took the time to retrieve the correct partition to recover my photos and documents even though it took about 4 days due to severe HD damage! Definitely coming back to fix my phone and for any future needs.

I do not recommend this place....My son took his Samsung phone to fix a cracked screen and the tech fried his phone. He lost all his pictures, videos and any other data that was not backed up. They said we could take back the worthless fried phone at no charge or they would replace it with a refurbished phone, but we still had to pay $350.00. Same as if they had fixed the original phone, except now we have no data.The manager did not want to work with us on the price and said that they are not responsible for any data lost during repairs.We will not go back to ITech and do not recommend this place.

Fixed my iphone within an hour after a bad experience at a different repair shop and apple telling me my phone is unrepairable. Would definitely recommend!!!

Service was great and professional.I had my iPad up and going in less than 4 days. This timeline was amazing as the screen had to be replaced . They had to source a screen firstwhich was difficult with no inventory around.

Super quick, affordable, competent. Replaced my iPhone screen and then fixed a broken key on my MacBook, saved me a lot of money! From now on not go anywhere else for my computer issues.

I had a problem with my laptop, but the staff member that attended to me was extremely helpful and friendly! Since my problem was so minor (did not require any new parts or extensive labor), I did not have to pay any fee. They definitely deserve all five stars!
