This Saturday i came in to this store to buy my daughter a dress. When i came in there were no signs or anything mentioning that all sales are final and that there is no sort of exchange or return policy, So when i came in today to return it because the dress didn’t fit my daughter the lady at the register told me that I’m not able to return it or exchange it because it’s quote on quote store policy. I believe that it’s unfair and a scam because the quote on quote store policy is written on the receipt and i know that majority of us don’t read the receipts. I feel robbed because they never mentioned anything to me about a no return policy.

I absolutely LOVE this store! I can always find something cute in here and I’m PICKY!!! Nordstrom, Macy’s and other department stores don’t carry stuff that’s as nice as what Ella B carries. Their stuff is unique and the quality is fantastic. The girls that work at the store (and especially the owner) are so helpful too....As a Mom of young kids, I am not always aware of what’s in style at every moment and they always help me find something that I’ll like! Ella B is now my go to store when I need to add to my wardrobe!
