Will be out by next day at 11,, Called at 2 They said they were backed up but it was going out;; Now its' 6 at night nothing ,,Going to cancel my card ,,,Do not I repeat do not us this company ..I should have read the reviews first,,,Why is this company still in business...

Don't waste your time! order for valentines was delivered incomplete. Been trying to call for a week without response. open a case online without response. no refund, no answer. they don't care.

The worse never got the order tried calling multiple times on different days no one pick up never received the Valentine’s Day gift and I just wanted my money back but no one never responds okeechobee is better I should of listened and looked at the reviews

Husband and I ordered something very special for this Valentine's Day way in advance to prevent any delays or hiccups. Well, my husband's order got delivered yesterday with half the order missing, the driver had no idea. Husband spent all day yesterday and this morning trying to get ahold of this franchise with no results. He finally got ahold of "Janet" who'd mentioned the manager would call us back with an update. After 3 hours, no update; called in again and got Janet with a terrible customer service attitude. Quite honestly we should've just canceled everything at this point . We asked to speak to the manager who didn't let me explain the situation and cut me off every time I tried. They mentioned we would get our order out with the next driver "within the next couple of hours", so basically we spent over $200 for an overpriced arrangement and terrible customer serviceUpdate: At 8pm we gave up waiting for the order, we went to sleep. Only to find out this morning the order had been delivered after 9pm, no one knocked and it was placed on the floor. Everything had stayed out all night ruining the whole fruit which we had to toss. I believe the manager intentionally set the order to be delivered last. Save yourself the hassle, do not order delivery from here, you will be disappointed.Update #2To be honest, I didn't think I was going to get contacted ever again by edible arrangements, however I did get contacted by Linda. She apologized for all that had transpired on Valentine's and offered a refund and even sent a little treat! This has restored belief in this particular branch. I have updated my review for that reason.

Beware of the Jupiter Edible Arrangements store! Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the delivery issues, the store has been unresponsive and unwilling to make things right. It's disheartening to experience such neglectful service from a supposedly reputable establishment. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this unreliable spot. Don't let their enticing promises fool you; they simply can't deliver when it counts.

I had a pleasant experience, walked in and placed my order for same-day pick-up, and requested it be ready by 3 PM. At 2:45, I received the confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. The arrangement was just like the picture on the website. Betsy was extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service. Thank you.

Terrible. Very disappointed nearly 80.00 spent for nieces birthday did not arrive .Waste of money . Buy a gift certificate instead. Won't ever do this again. Nearly 5:30 and still hasn't arrived.....

Not sure how this location is operating but something is 'Definitely wrong...I placed a same day order online for a friend who is ill, (this would have been a surprise) order placed Friday October 13,23. I decided to call the store to ensure this would be delivered today but the lady clearly told me that their truck was down but assured me my delivery would be the next day and I would receive a refund on the delivery charge. Saturday I tried calling , no response so I went online to track my delivery, their online tracking said order not found in system so I thought maybe its being delivered that why my order was removed so I waited until about 6pm to see if my friend would call or text me with a thank you but nothing so I had to call my sick friend and ruined my surprise to ask her if she received my fruit basket.... 3 days later still no delivery and no one will answer the phone and there is no 800 number to call and I can not send an online complain because their system said my order cant be found. I dont usually complain online about a business but there is no other way and I am heart broken and sadden...

Walked in and was told they only have some Strawberries and nothing else. Even said they had Caramel Apples on sale but no Caramel. Very said to see that Edibles have let themselves go like this.

I paid over $100 for a mediocre arrangement and some chocolate strawberries. I wanted to try something new, but I’ll just stick with flowers next time.So I order an medium size arrangement that came with additional chocolate covered strawberries and a little balloon (it is my mom’s birthday today) and payed for 3 additional happy birthday balloons for like 15.99 or something.Upon arrival, the delivery person tells me that the balloons flew away, one of which wasn’t even helium, so make it make sense. This fruit better be out of this world because the service is terrible. They’re acting like I’m inconveniencing them?!

Im so disgusted with this place! I placed an order at 11am and never received it! I called them through out the day because the updates they were sending me wasn’t adding up. The lady I talked too on the phone was rude and she was telling me the same thing the updates were telling me….which was no help. Not to mention the address was correct! It’s very frustrating when businesses like this are unprofessional about something thats so important to you!
