The worst place in Jupiter. Aside from being frustrated to have a car pulled out of the driveway while out of town, a car that’s not moved or ever driven and without a ‘notice sticker’ ever being placed on the vehicle with information, This company made it even more frustrating with their unwillingness to help! While discussing options with the front desker, the owner starts screaming from his back room. Comes out and proceeds to threaten me with the cops because according to him I was “blaming them” words that not once came out of my mouth. I was frustrated but not once did I curse them out or threaten them on the contrary, I was again frustrated but looking for options. He threatened me in front of my son, scolded me. I was SHOCKED. I told them I would have AAA TOW the vehicle and they said NO, because they close at 5:30pm. Really just to make 30 extra bucks and keep it another day?!? Aside from the cost, the level of rudeness, the threats from an owner blows my mind, UNACCEPTABLE. Take a class on how to deal with customers, learn ways to defuse a situation without threatening.

Five stars!! Had to get my car towed and I was super nervous cause she’s a classic Benz. Had them bring it to my intended destination but plans changed and our driver Hunter recommended somewhere else and he towed it all the way back up an hour to Jupiter for auction! He took great car off the car and let us follow him the entire way, while being super careful with my baby. Thank you again guys!!!

I'm surprised to see so many stars in the reviews for this place. I can't imagine that anyone expects a good experience with people who relish in taking people's property.I had an extenuating circumstance, and was charged with retrieving a vehicle for someone who was not able to get to the establishment. I called several times to be CERTAIN I brought the required paperwork. I was assured that everything would be fine, as long as I brought what they needed.When I arrived, it turned out that the man at the counter made a mistake; he forgot to give me pertinent info and requirements. I reminded him that I had called about 3 times to clarify and reviewed the list of documents. Instead of admitting his mistake, he doubled down, using his position and "authority" as the person who decided whether or not I was able to retrieve the vehicle.He and his partner/co-owner grew aggressive, the latter threatening to not give me the vehicle at all. It didn't matter that THEY made the grave error; they were blame shifting and projecting, similar to how narcissists do when you point out the wrong thing they've done.These men are highly unhealthy physically and mentally. The gaslighting and misogyny were palpable. One made repulsive comments about my friend's mental health. These men, like so many of the authoritative dictators amongst our society, are not emotionally intelligent, and use their "power" to create a climate of fear and submission.Clearly the point of this review isn't going to change anything, but damn it feels good to speak about the abusive behavior they inflicted, as if having your vehicle taken and having to pay the fees isn't enough. Yes, it was the person's fault for having the vehicle towed, but that doesn't make the situation any less frustrating. Having to deal with these brutes was awful, but I let them think they were winning. At the end of the day, I played their game so I could get what I needed. These types of personalities are void of empathy, so the only way to succeed is to let them think that they are in control, and smarter than they are.

I was informed that East Coast Towing & Transport was open for business at 7 am. I spoke to a gentleman this morning and he was very rude and he did not seem accommodating. He only said the establishment was only opened at 8 am. I provided the required proper ID. I was under the assumption that your business is opened 24 hours. He could have verified everything with my proper ID or he could have contacted a manager or someone in charge. Now I have to make a second trip to the East Coast Towing & Transport office this afternoon.

Our box truck broke down on the interstate. East Coast Tow was there within 45 minutes and got us where we needed to go quickly and safely. Extremely professional and helpful, 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a tow, or anything transported. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
