received breakfast nook jan 2020 in 6months upholstery was shredded 2 yrs and table finish is coming off live alone w no company

This company trades under German Furniture Warehouse on E-Bay and through a website. I ordered a $2300 breakfast nook in October 2020 promised a delivery in December. Now, January 2021 no breakfast nook has arrived and i am unable to contact the company by phone or e-mail. Beware of this company.
