Elgia has been very helpful! My older parents needed some over the counter meds and she walked us where they should be. A week after we went back, she's been very patient as we had to go to cashier 3 separate times. Thank you!

Tony is the most helpful pharmacist I have encountered. Genuinely kind & the staff was all very nice.

The pharmacy is extremely disorganized. They are not friendly or helpful. There is no sense of urgency or compassion when interacting with patients. We are stuck using this pharmacy due to our children’s insurance. If you have the flexibility, definitely go with Walgreens or Publix.

Your pharmacy techs/ assistants are so damn unpleasant and rude! Learn some customer service and how to treat people with respect! That is your job! You chose to work there so don’t be rude to the customers you come in contact with! These damn young kids don’t know what customer service is at all! Shame on cvs for hiring them and keeping them employed.

My first time in this location. I needed to return an item to Amazon and stopped at the CVS drop point to return. Wasn't feeling well and realized I needed to provide a box to return my purchase. The store manager Kathy, went out of her way to try to help me. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and will be using this location from now on. Thank you Kathy! I appreciate you!

They need to level the store and replace it with a circus because it's run by a bunch of clowns. I have been living in Florida for 10 years and have been going to a farther CVS to get my Scripps filled because 575 West Indiantown Rd. can never fill a script on time. I am writing this specific post because this is the umpteenth time they have messed with my medication schedule. I take seizure medication's, which is nothing to play with. I am at the point where I'm calling the Better Business Bureau, filing a complaint and calling their corporate offices. Every single one of those people in that pharmacy need to be replaced. I have documentation and pictures of every single account of them messing with my medication schedule. DONT GO HERE!!! Seriously, BAD NEWS! 000000 stars I'm coming for the pharm tech(s) who can't do their job. This is serious stuff! Either do your job properly or get a new job. You have ucked up one too many times clocktower. Find another job!!!

Jayden at the Clocktower CVS location was extremely helpful to me when I really needed it. I called 2 locations (Tequesta and Farms) and spent an hour on the phone looking for a simple antibiotic for an ear infection. I finally reached Jayden who offered to look for it and call to verify it being it stock while he put me on a brief hold. My good experience with Jayden retained me as a CVS customer, before talking to him I was literally wondering which pharmacy to switch to.

CVS always offer exceptional discounts and help in all areas of the store. I have found this across several stores in my area. Go CVS! Keep up the good work.

The clerk went above and beyond by helping me to fill out a greeting card I purchased. Three pens failed and I ruined the card envelope with one of the pens. She found me a good pen and was able to find an extra envelope to replace my bad one. Thanks!

Typically don’t enjoy blasting personal information to the public but my experiences with the pharmacy has been terrible. I had a surgical procedure performed Saturday morning with a written doctor’s prescription. We went to CVS Pharmacy to drop off the prescription and was informed that they’ll have to reach out to the doctor for additional information (the doctor’s number was not on the prescription). My phone number was also given to the Pharmacy Technician too, who also informed me that the medication would be ready once I return.Fast forward to later in the day, we stop by CVS to pick up the medication BUT were informed the Pharmacy Tech, Wendif was unable to reach the clinic or find the doctor’s medical number. I’m unsure why I wasn’t given a call if they couldn’t get in contact with the clinic. All i wasn’t given was a “Sorry, we should have called you”.I hope the CVS Pharmacy staff are able to learn from this mistake to avoid this issue from occurring with future customers. These medications should be taken seriously. This isn’t a situation that could have been waited until Monday when the clinic reopened. My prescription was only for Saturday and Sunday night. By the time Monday comes around, the prescription will be irrelevant.Luckily the Walgreens right next to CVS was able to find the doctor’s medical information in their database with ease and no struggle at all. I’m unsure why the CVS Pharmacy staff were having no luck. Maybe incompetency….Anyway, for anyone that’s going here for prescription pickup, I wish you luck or run to the Walgreens next door.

This has got to be the worst serviced pharmacy. They are nasty to customers and they close for lunch even though you're waiting in line for 10 minutes. Publix pharmacy is a breath of fresh air compared to cvs much cheaper too!!!

I can’t even begin to understand how a pharmacy can be so inefficient and careless about people who they are dispensing drugs too. I have never experienced such blatant disregard for human beings in my life. I was given a prescription on 1/3/23 which had the wrong instructions on it based off the medication they gave me. When I got home and realized this I called from 5:45 until 7:00 was put on hold 4 times for over 20 minute intervals and HUNG UP ON. I NEVER spoke with a pharmacist and instead got the front manager to help me. I have never experienced something like this and I hope this comment helps others to do as I will be doing from now on, walk across the street and use the Walgreens. They do in fact answer the phone….

Horrible workers, horrible customer service, they tell you to come later and then don’t fill your prescription either way. Needed an urgent prescription from this place after dropping off my prescription. I came back around the time they said to come back and they continued to say I don’t have an account and still didn’t fill my prescription. So then I came back in the next morning first thing in the AM and the prescription still hasn’t been filled. These people just send you back later so they don’t need to fill your prescription right away even though it would only take 15 minutes max. This is Definetley the worst CVS I have ever been to and the staff should be penalized for this.

Pharmacist Kay is the most rude deplorable person to deal with CVS CORPORATE why don’t you shop her? Or listen to the tapes ?? This pharmacy as a rule is just a mess as a rule you add someone like this Pharmacist who is the opposite of what CVS core values are built upon. She was so rude I moved my scripts elsewhere and I’m Paying more since I’m on the cvs Caremark plan - sad to want to pay more to avoid a horrific store
