this is NOT a bank. it's just a financial office with a bunch of people sitting at a desk. They are not not there to help you, you cannot cash a check or do a normal transaction. not only that, but if you do happen to talk to one of the people that work at the desks, they will NEVER stop calling you! pure solicitation. I am not at all sure why this "bank" is even here.

Drive Throughs closed no teller inside. Why even exist. There’s no signage to state that all their services are closed pathetic waste of time

Few years ago they deposited my bonus checks into somebody else's account. Eventually it all got straightened out, but I never complained and was never overdrawn. Today my account was overdrawn, I went in to talk to them about it because I had declined overdraft protection years ago, so the electronic transaction should never have been made to overdraft my account.

I had to get a Money Order for an apartment and came here to get it. For one, the Money Order charge costs $5, you can pay it with cash or tie it to your checking/debit card which you used for the Money Order. At most Chase Banks do it straight through the printing process to cut down on an extra step where you tell the clerk how much, etc and they give you the Money Order with all the information on it. With this location, you write in the information on a piece of paper then they process it where it gets printed. I don't mind it, but it could hassle some people if they know the clerk can save them an extra step to do. Even though they did this extra step, I probably got in and out within this bank, maybe within 5 - 7 minutes? They have an outside ATM near the building, but you have to get out of your car to use it. Speaking of ATM's, the only thing that is very odd about this location is that there is no drive-thru ATM's, even though you can tell there was a spot for one and they said: "Nah, we don't need it."

I was ignored in the lobby. Other customers who came in after me were seen before me. I was at lunch and had limited time. Just screw this place. So many more reasons that chase is second rate at best, just got no time for them. Moving my accounts elsewhere, and that is gonna cost them more than they are aware... Update 3/25/2016: Investments finally paid off. I now have 1.2 million in other institutions. Chase will never see a penny of it.
