“Truck was very clean.A brand new, never used, before or after credit card, had fraudulent charges from hotels or some type of rentals, the morning after I handed the card to the employees at this Hertz and never used the card before and nowhere else. Ever to this day.I returned the truck early.I’ve just been notified that Hertz too, have been charging $160/day on my card.It appears a daily rate. 3 X the daily rate I paid for the previous rental.For a week “after” I returned the truck.Appears they never closed the contract. Even though I returned the vehicle on time. With no damage. Last week.The service has improved.”
