I honestly thought I had a Mon delivery app’t but it was actually scheduled for Tues. They still got me in and unloaded me which I’m greatly appreciative of. 53’ dry van, they unloaded me in their lot instead of having me back into a dock. Friendly people & they unload fast. I would deliver here again!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicolette for my guest bathroom remodel. She directed me to the style I was looking for and shipping to my home out of state. When I shared with my designer, she was thrilled with the choice that Nicolette recommended. My plumber is happy, my designer is happy and I am happy! Job well done Nicolette!

VERY sloooow service. Worse still, they ordered a part I paid for that was supposed to be delivered in a week and a half. Two and a half weeks later I called to confirm they received the part which they said they had. Turned out they not only didn’t have the part, they didn’t have a record of the order in their system. Luckily I had the receipt so they’re now saying it’ll be here tomorrow. We’ll see… Either way, this is the last time I shop here.

Went in to buy a fixture. Man behind counter was on his phone and didn't even say hello or look up. After 2 to 3 minutes of waiting we left. Will never go there again. Should have looked at their rating. Very bad

Angie spent Hours with me (for 2 days) helping me to pick literally Everything for my master remodel & cabana bath. She was so very patient with me as I needed to make changes as we went & helped me to pick items that matched & would fit. She was so friendly & helpful-I will only shop here. Kitchen remodel coming up & I will be back. I had tried to work with 2 other local places but they didn’t seem to have the time to really help me or want to. Thanks Angie!!

I always go to the backroom. I really should check out the showroom. However, the supply section of Broedell is always incredibly helpful. Even when my visit does not result in a sale (never my intention), the sales rep is always very helpful. When I do need unusual supplies, I can often find them here.

Jessica is AMAZING! Had a hard to find trim piece we needed to source for a specific client. Reached out to Jessica and she reached out to vendors IMMEDIATELY! Unfortunately, it was discontinued. She continued to problem solve by offering a company that does metal plating. Her knowledge and customer service are WONDERFUL and APPRECIATED!
