As a new mom I had so much mom-guilt about going back to work and bringing my daughter to preschool/daycare. Bright Horizons in Abacoa quickly made me realize that my daughter was in the absolute best of hands. Any fears or guilt I had are now totally gone. The teachers, staff and director are also so wonderful and genuinely put the needs of your child first. I am so grateful we found Bright Horizons. I definitely recommend them, they totally deserve the 5 star rating!!

I'm extremely happy with that daycare. It became a part of my family in the last 4 years.Ms.Patricia, Ms. Neena, Ms colleen and Ms. Victoria have a hugh impact on my kids. The assistant director and director try to make it easy for the parents and will try to work with the parents schedule They truly know the name of every kid

The facility is brand new and the staff is what makes it. The staff is extremely caring and loving to our children. They not only love them, but they are true educators and we have seen incredible learning agility from our oldest child. Our first child has been enrolled since 4 months old and she's currently 4. We just enrolled our second in the infant class and they have been PHENOMENAL! We highly recommend Bright Horizons and firmly believe it's the best option in Jupiter.

The Best... the facility is amazing, Miss Patricia is wonderful and The Director Heather was always on hand to answer any question and relieve all concerns. My son loves Bright Horizons Abacoa.

In the beginning I thought this was a wonderful school. That was until I realised how unorganized the school was and how they try to talk their way around the truth. The higher ups don't communicate properly and there were at least 5 staff member that left all at once. The assistant director transfered a couple weeks prior to a portion of the staff leaving as well AND the original director who was there was put in a smaller school that she would be able to handle her duties better at :/ . This school also does not punish the children if they misbehave (Ex: timeout) but that was never communicated to me as a parent; They only 'redirect' the children to a certain area to play. I had also talked to the previous director about graduation for VPK and she explain to me that it wasn't a graduation ceremony and that it was a celebration into kindergarten but that was a lie. Yes a graduation is cute at this age but I am personally against rewarding my child for nothing and I told her that, another 'miscommunication'. They also take numerous pictures and charge more for eaxh set if you want them. One graduation picture is $35. The facility is clean and the teachers are nice exluding a woman named Stephanie who verbally torments the children and is a control freak. Also due to lack of staff recently the teachers are moved to different classrooms in the morning ( at least in our class ) causing the class to start 15 minutes late about half the time and causing parents to be late to appointnents and work. I really like the staff (omitting one person) and the facility is clean but do not recommend this school in its current condition. Hopefully they can get on track and communicate more openly and honestly with the parents.

I read the reviews and thought the “disorganization” everyone talks about would maybe give me a headache now and then, but it wouldn’t impact my son. I was wrong. This place is a disaster. He had a new teacher every few weeks. Some didn’t stick around long enough to even learn the children’s names. I could go on and on with issues, but just trust me, don’t do it.

We regret putting our son through this place, not to mention all the hassling we got as parents. They made everything so difficult. We are much happier at our smaller school.

My husband, son and I absolutely love Bright Horizons at Abacoa. We've moved several times in the past few years so our son has been in several daycare centers and this is by far the best. The facility is magnificent, Director and teachers are fantastic, and my son can't wait to get there everyday!
